Great flat, we enjoyed our stay! It has 2 nice balconies as well, you can catch the morning and afternoon light. The host was very helpful too.

Perfect little place!! I had such a nice stay here everything was clean and as described and Aleksandar was super responsive and flexible, allowing me to have an early check-in. The apartment is only a 20 minute walk to the old town and so close to supermarkets. Definitely recommend.

We stayed 4 days in the apartment, four persons, but it can accommodate more. It was beautiful, exactly as described. Very clean, very modern, quiet, it had everything we needed and the view from the balcony is great ! It's in a no more than 10 minutes drive from Kotor old-city gates. Our hosts are very polite, helpful and eager to answer all our questions and solve any problem. It's an absolute value for money apartment. We strongly recommend it ! Argyris Thessaloniki, Greece

The apartment is perfectly positioned to take advantage of all the areas has to offer. We had 5 great days driving around the area and the apartment is central to everything including a few really good local restaurants. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and the view is fantastic. Igor is a very nice person and gave us a lot of local tips. He was very helpful which made our stay very enjoyable. Very strong recommendation for your holiday to Kotor.

Everything as described

Ivana was a very attentive host. She responded to all my questions quickly and was helpful in every way. The place we rented was tidy and clean. The location is excellent — you can reach the beach within 2 minutes. Markets and restaurants are within walking distance, and a bus passes just on the street above. Our entire holiday was wonderful, thank you so much!

We are extremely grateful to our dear hosts for the time, spent in their cozy, unique and very comfortable house. It’s a happy place, with a lot of personal interior details, lovely atmosphere and at the same time with everything, that people need for comfort and we-are-at-home feeling. AC in every room was saving us from extreme day heat in July. The village is small, peaceful and lively, there are a lot of restaurants around, very clean small beaches in 2-5 min walking distance with not many people (mainly locals and a few tourists), small supermarket right next door (enough for some simple everyday food). It’s picturesque place, relatively quiet even while the high season. Parking for a van/camper can be sometimes a bit tricky because streets are rather narrow and local drivers are very adventurous, but we always could find a parking slot with not a lot of effort. We enjoyed the local coffee shop and the tiny but beautiful museum, situated by local church of St. Nikola. Thank you!

Superb accommodation in a quiet location a short drive away from Risan and Morinj which have all the amenities you need. The size of the house was the first thing that struck us on arrival, equalled by the tasteful decor but then topped by the magnificent views from the upper bedroom and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped, spotless and well used in our case with the roof terrace providing the perfect breakfast location. Anja was always very quick, helpful and friendly in her messages and provided a great recommendation for the Sunday Market in Risan which is well worth getting up early for, a great mooch followed by breakfast and coffee at the sea-front bar. If you're looking for classy accommodation in a quiet location with views to die for Anja's House is the perfect place

The apartment is very centrally located. Kotor, restaurants and supermarket, everything is in walking distance and yet the apartment is very quiet. To the promenade you go over the garden a few stairs down - only the mosquitoes were a bit annoying here. The apartment is extremely clean and very well equipped. We stayed in this house for 5 days in Kotor and absolutely loved it. The place was spotless, well equipped, and had a stunning view. It was quiet, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Huge thanks to Dusanka for being so kind and welcoming. We would definitely love to come back!

We had a fantastic 2-day stay at this Airbnb in Kotor Old Town! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the historic center, just steps away from charming cafes, restaurants, and all the main attractions. Despite being so central, the apartment was peaceful and comfortable, giving us the best of both worlds. Communication with our host was excellent from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive, friendly, and gave us great local tips that helped make our short stay even more enjoyable. Check-in was smooth and everything was exactly as described. The space itself was clean, well-equipped, and had a lot of character that fit perfectly with the old town vibe. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kotor — you really can’t beat the location and the hospitality!

Located right in the heart of the very central old town, this place made us feel like a home. It had a clean and beautiful ambiance. We wanted to take the house and go to Istanbul, and it was very nice that they also took care of the😂😂 tourist tax and we did not have to deal with it.

I strongly recommend this place as it has everything you need, is quiet, is near all the beaches, restaurants and supermarkets, and Jelena is very helpful should you need anything. I cannot recommend this place enough.

We had a nice stay. Luka was very helpful, even when the crazy grumpy didn’t let us to park in the public parking, he offered that he’d come and talk with her. But we found another parking spot, bc we didn’t want any problem with the crazy woman. The apartment was clean, nice location
