Our stay at Nawang’s place was great. We shall rate him as super host. Hospitality of Nawang and his wife Ruhi always made us feel at home. They are very caring. My husband is having a knee problem. The way Nawang assisted him on our way to and back from Mall Road is highly admirable. Ruhi’s company in my total tour, I will treasure in my memories. Food was not only delicious but also prepared and served hygienically. Cleanliness in the homestay was highly maintained. Scenic view from the balcony was adorable. In future again if I visit Darjeeling I will choose to stay at Salakha Homestay. I will always refer others to choose Salakha Homestay if you want to have a very cozy homely environment, with good hospitality, delicious food and above all a good company i.e. a super host.

Mr. Paulzor was an absolutely amazing host. He is very polite and decent and indeed really helpful. The way he hosted us made us feel at home, especially the way his dogs greeted us. He will ensure that your stay will be free from any problems and will arrange for any service that you want. Morever, his place is literally just 10 minutes walk away from Mall Road. I would highly recommend that guests have food at his place rather than any other place in Darjeeling. He makes homemade food which is absolutely delicious. All in all, it was an amazing stay at his place and would definitely stay at his place whenever I visit Darjeeling again.

Our stay Chogyal's place was absolutely excellent. He and his wife were super helpful and welcoming, making us feel at home in their beautiful place and giving us directions and good suggestions as to what we might like to see. Would strongly recommend to anyone visiting Darjeeling.

It was another WOW experience🥰🥰 As part of my All India motorcycle ride, I reached Samar’s place on my 308th day. I was warmly received by Raghu, Samar’s younger brother, who was a very nice and friendly person. Right from the check-in to the check-out, Raghu was hands on. A very proactive and friendly host. The food served was very delicious. The curd was the best curd I had in my life. Raghu’s mother was so affectionate and friendly. The property was clean and neat. Raghu took me to nearby destinations and told me about the history of Muzaffarpur. An amazing host and an excellent property. 5 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Great stay with underground parking and elevator access. The extensive list of useful appliances was great for me since I was travelling along with an infant and two senior citizens.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb managed by Vishal. The apartment was comfortable, modern, and thoughtfully decorated with bright interiors. My private room was cozy, with an attached washroom, and access to all essentials, including a kitchen, living and dining rooms, and a balcony. Vishal was a fantastic host, sharing tips on local attractions and even offering an electric scooty for city use. The apartment is well-situated near cafes, markets, and public transit, making it a perfect base for exploring Patna!

The place was good from inside. The look of the building from outside may not seem appealing as it's an old apartment, perhaps from 1930s. But, the house is beautifully decorated in the inside and offers an amazing view of the Kanchenjunga from every room. We had the entire place to ourselves, so it offers privacy. Hemanto, the caretaker was very responsive and friendly. He was always available for all our queries and everything we needed. I can't really thank Marina, the helper, enough. She helped us with the chores. She kept the house squeaky clean. I traveled with three senior citizens, one of them couldn't travel most of the days and stayed in, Marina heated and served her the food we kept and stayed till she ate. There are a few cons: - There are forty steep stairs to climb. This should be highlighted instead of just mentioning in a sentence in the long description. - The bathroom ceiling in the first bedroom is broken and the bathroom stinks.

Syed’s apartment was stunning and much better than we expected based on the pictures. It is well equipped with modern expensive fixtures and fittings, bathrooms, comfortable beds and sofas. Syed and family were also very welcoming and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

A good place to stay. At a walkable distance from the Mall road, the place is well maintained and provides all the basic amenities. The hosts are really great and very responsive.

Here's a detailed review from our experience - The place was pretty easy to spot using GMaps and the guidance given by Mr Yougal. He's been extremely generous and hospitable throughout our stay. The house is equipped with possibly every utility one could think of. Every nook and corner has something to offer, extreme attention to detail. For instance, one can even find a large umbrella for those downpours (When you're not prepared! 😛). The living area is laden with items like snacks, tea, coffee, etc nicely tucked into the tight spaces. Location also is pretty central, one can easily find taxis to plan commutes anywhere in Darjeeling. Mr Yougal can help connect with friendly local cab drivers to plan any travel.

Place is same as described in pics.Morlon helped a lot in checkin and check out also do checkout the in house restaurant momos were delicious.Dont go by outside apperance of building place is neat and clean

I travelled to bodhgaya from Bangalore. Just one update regarding location, the Maps shows the longer route. please ask some local people or owner for simple route. Once I reached the place, I was amazed to see the cleanliness and the calmness there. The owner is very co-operative and gives you complete privacy. The space is equipped with basic amenities like kitchen, comfortable beds, geyser. The space can comfortably accomodate four adults and 2-3 children. I personally stayed with my wife, one kid and parents and comfortably enjoyed my stay there. I strongly recommend this place.

We had a comfortable time at this place. The view of Kanchenjunga was beautiful from there. The room is exactly as described and in a good locality. The host was very friendly and greeted us with a Darjeeling tea every morning and set up campfire at night whenever requested. It's a good area and i recommend choosing this place to stay.

Had an amazing and peaceful stay. Kesang was very responsive and so is his dad an absolute gentleman who made sure everything was in order.
