Vacation rentals with a patio in Biddinghuizen

Die Wohnung war super-sauber, perfekt gepflegt und eingerichtet. Alles war wie beschrieben. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde sofort und sehr freundlich eingegangen. Der Empfang war top, die Erreichbarkeit super. Unserem kleinen Sohn wurden von Edith Laufräder, Dreiräder, Traktoren etc. zur Verfügung gestellt. Uns wurde alles toll erklärt, was wir über die Gegend oder den Hof wissen wollten. Es gab gute Tipps für Ausflüge und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Edith und Freek sind sehr sympathisch und nicht aufdringlich. Man muss wissen, was aber auch im Inserat klar beschrieben wird, dass es ein Bauernhof ist, der sehr ländlich liegt. Trotzdem ist man mit dem Rad z.B. in max. 30 Minuten in Urk, mit nettem Dorfkern, Hafen und kleinem Strand. Wer Erholung auf dem Land, mit der Möglichkeit für viele unterschiedliche Ausflüge (per Auto in 10-45 Minuten findet man fast alles, was man sich wünscht) sucht, sollte es bei Edith und Freek probieren. A quiet place, close to Amsterdam. Bussum doesn’t have many things to do, but you can surely find a market to cover your needs. Also it is a 10 minute walk to the train station and makes transportation very easy.

We would like to express our gratitude to Joke and Ralph for providing an exceptional AB&B apartment. We were pleasantly surprised by the immaculate condition and meticulous upkeep of the property, which was in pristine, almost new condition. The apartment was equipped with a comprehensive range of amenities including an ironing board with iron, washer and dryer, cookware, dishes, utensils, a sofa along with a private bathroom, a charming patio furnished with furniture, a room with a queen bed, and a lovely breakfast table adjacent to the kitchen area. All items were in excellent condition. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, with a small supermarket approximately five minutes' walk away. Joke and Ralph are an outstanding couple, genuinely concerned about ensuring that all our needs were met. Without hesitation, we can affirm that this AB&B is truly superior. We highly recommend it as a top-tier accommodation, meriting a full five-star rating.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist ein Haus mit toller und liebevoller Einrichtung und schönen Designelementen. Gut zu erreichen in 2 Minuten mit dem Zug von Utrecht Centraal und 5 Minuten Fußweg. Unser highlight war die riesige Dachterrasse, auf welcher wir die Sonne genießen konnten und einen tollen Blick über den Stadtteil hatten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Ontzettend leuk huisje! En een leuke gezellige indeling. Mooie groene planten in huis en een verse bos hyacinten op tafel. We hadden het koud bij binnenkomst maar de ruimte was heel snel verwarmd. Vanuit het huisje loop je zo het bos in naar verschillende klompenpaden. Ik zou dit huisje zeker aanraden aan anderen, en zelf zou ik het zeker nog een keer boeken. Bedankt voor de gastvrijheid en misschien tot ziens!

Beautiful area, lots of great nature activities and products around. The house was great, enough space for us 6. Checkin was easy. Great stay!

Marianne was vriendelijk en snel met haar reacties. De locatie was heerlijk rustig en groen. De keuken was goed voorzien van spullen.

Mooi en ruim vakantiehuis in een prachtige omgeving. ‘s Avonds kun je heerlijk onder de overkapping zitten ook als het wat koeler is. Top plek als je van de natuur houdt en ook van de stad. Met de fiets sta je zo in het centrum van Amersfoort.

Pauline is a lovely host and very welcoming. The backyard and the plants were the highlight for us. The place is very homely and well maintained.

Das war mein erstes Mal, dass ich über Airbnb gebucht habe – und es hat meine Erwartungen wirklich übertroffen! Vonny ist eine unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die jederzeit für Fragen oder Unterstützung zur Verfügung steht. Die Wohnung ist geräumiger als auf den Fotos und sehr stilvoll sowie geschmackvoll eingerichtet – gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Das Bett ist super bequem, ich habe hervorragend geschlafen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, sogar mit Gewürzen zum Kochen – perfekt für alle, die gerne selbst kochen. Die Wohnanlage ist ruhig gelegen und bietet eine schöne Umgebung – ideal zum Entspannen. Ich war mit dem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden und komme gerne wieder. Ich kann die Unterkunft bei Vonny wärmstens empfehlen!

Heel fijn en ruim huis in een prachtige omgeving! Zowel natuur als winkels op loopafstand. Annemarie en Floris waren vriendelijk, reageerden snel en gaven ons alle benodigde informatie. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf.

In het knusse huisje van Maartje voelden we ons meteen thuis. Schoon, alles wat je nodig hebt, zonnig tuintje. Goed persoonlijk contact met Maartje. Beetje spannende trap naar boven, maar dat hoort bij een oud Hollands huis. Het centrum van Muiden en al haar restaurantjes op kruipafstand. Hoewel ik het huisje huurde op zo’n 10 minuten van mijn eigen woning, voelde het toch echt als een minivakantie.

Great idea to choose the apartment for a relaxing part of our six week trip. We were thinking of travelling to Amsterdam and or Utrecht but we were rather tired at that stage and have been to Amsterdam several times. We found Armsfoort absolutely delightful and Hans loved it for photography

Clean and walking distance to center. Good communication and provides bikes. Everything works fine, recommend!

Nena’s place feels super cozy and it’s in an amazing location. Within a short walk you can be anywhere downtown. Yet, it’s in an area a bit more quiet. Nena was super helpful too! If I have the chance to return to Utrecht I will try to get her place again :)

Für unsere Zwecke optimale Wohnung. Beste Lage um zum LeGuessWho Festival zu kommen. Wouter ist ein super Gastgeber, zuverlässig und gut erreichbar. Ich durfte sogar sein Piano benutzen, seine gute Hifi-Anlage war hilfreich um uns auf das Festival vorzubereiten, sie lief den ganzen Morgen. Highly recommended, wir kommen wieder.

Great location, and great apartment. The space js very well equipped, and surrounded by good bars, cafes, and supermarket. It is also very close to the train station. Felt very at home, looking forward to returning.

Came here for tranquility and nature and got exactly what I was looking for. The place was cozy and on a beautiful property. The hosts were generous and easy to communicate with. Also, the restaurant is quite good! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

We stayed for a short 2 days to visit the open day at Meppel NHLstenden with our daughter. It was a perfect place to stay, in the middle of the city where we could walk to everything. Convenient parking garage just a block away. Place looked just like in the pictures, very colorful and quirky.
