The house is perfect for a family or small group of friends, indoors and outdoors offer great comfort, as well as the location where we were close to the city center and shopping malls. The welcome, communication and support were great, the responsiveness was at the rendezvous. I highly recommend Pierre's place!

A very nice villa, full of charm, with a large terrace and a coquettish and well-appointed pool area ( even if we did not use it in November). The garden is beautiful, very green and beautifully wooded, not overlooked. Inside, a large open kitchen with plenty of storage and countertops, ideal when you are in large numbers! A large living room and bedrooms of good size. 2 large bathrooms. We spent 3 days for a family gathering and we don't regret our choice to book. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We'll be happy to come back sometime 😊

We rented this place for the family Christmas holidays so that we could all meet for a few days. The rooms are nice and everyone was able to find and make their place.

Knowing Capbreton well, perfect location! Right next to the city center. Clean apartment, sheets that smell like laundry, quiet residence! Welcomed with two cookies for my dogs, a nice little touch. 😊 Accommodation that welcomes dogs, and that's really the best! Note that the terrace is not enclosed but overlooks a large common area of the residence.

It was a very positive first experience. The house is very nice, well located regarding the beaches and areas of interest and, the place is very quiet. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. We had a wonderful stay at Jacqueline's. The place was just perfect for recharging your batteries. We were able to fully enjoy the surrounding woods and beautiful landscape. The place was very clean, decorated with lots of charm, and most importantly, the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. This is a perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature. We had a great time at Katherine's place. The house is exactly as described and is perfectly equipped, you will find everything you need there for sure. Very well renovated, it is impeccably clean. And the bakery right next door is great! It's a very nice little extra for good breakfasts. The only regret we have is not being able to stay longer, but we will be back with great pleasure! Frédérique is very responsive, welcoming and caring. The accommodation is conveniently located because it's close to the golf course and the beach, in a quiet area. We came as a family with our 2 children (6 and 3 years old) and indeed it is not suitable for younger children because of the stairs. Very pleasant outdoors. A place to remember. I would highly recommend.

Awesome host. The house is so beautifully and tastefully furnished and really well thought out. The beds are super comfortable. It is so quiet and yet you can quickly get to shopping and the beach, which is fantastic, by car. We loved it and want to come back. PERFECT😃

We arrived before the check-in time agreed with Virginia, no worries. The accommodation is really cozy, nicely decorated and well-equipped. Everything was clean and tidy. Common areas are also very beautiful and equipped. Virginie and her husband are very nice and give you recommendations for activities and food. I was with my 6-month-old puppy who was super well received, there are also bowls available. In short, very nice services and a really excellent welcome!! Thank you Virginia
