Great stay at Rachel and Sébastien's. The place is exactly as the pictures. It's very clean, very pretty, a sweet fragrance is present when you arrive and it's very nice. It feels like home. It has everything you need. Communication with Rachel was fluid and she is a very responsive and available host. She welcomed us: so smiling! We loved our stay in mimizan and the accommodation did a lot. We'll be happy to go back. Thanks again and see you soon. ☺️☺️

No other words but simply OUTSTANDING!! From our amazing welcome to the stunning house, we honestly could not of asked for anything more. Tebo was there to greet us on arrival and was always on the other end of the phone if we had a query regarding the home to recommendations in Bordeaux. We can’t wait to revisit this home soon, felt like home from home. Our suggestion would be to ignore any bad reviews and visit this stunning home.

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house and our expectations were far exceeded. The location is perfectly quiet yet central, so we could easily reach everything in the area. The house itself is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and offers plenty of space for a relaxing break. A special highlight was the incredibly back-friendly mattresses - we rarely slept so well!!! It was really relaxing to wake up rested in the morning. A detail that takes the stay to another level. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and responsive to our questions. They have thought of everything, from small welcome touches to tips for the area. We really felt at home and were able to fully enjoy the time undisturbed. We would recommend this house to everyone without hesitation! A big thank you to the hosts!

Nathalie & Hubert’s place was exceptional! They gave amazing recommendations, we used the private driver they recommended, visited nearby vineyards they mentioned, and just had the most amazing time! It was very private, we had the best time drinking wine by the pool. Lots of extra touches. We will most definitely be back!!!

We had a great time at Elsa and Julien's house! It is fully equipped, very clean and really super nice - Perfect for a family vacation. The children loved the many games available (special mention for the turntable and the garden hut)! Thank you both so much for your warm welcome and availability!

Trip for 4 (thirty-something couple + young retirees): easy arrival, warm and friendly welcome by Caroline the concierge, who immediately put us at ease with beautiful recommendations. Mathieu, the owner, was also very welcoming by SMS, despite his absence on site, we feel that he really wants his guests to have a good time. Both were available throughout the stay. The house is superb, well-equipped, very clean and the "beachfront" decor is soothing. 😊 The pool, heated and covered (or not), was perfect for this period, a little cool some days and in the evening. The setting is quiet and relaxing in a subdivision composed mainly of secondary residences. Not far from Mimizan beach where there is everything you want: beach, restaurants, shops… Thank you for making this beautiful home available to guests! 🧳🏖️ We had a great time all 4 of us and we'll be back, that's for sure! 🤩 See you soon.

We had a very pleasant stay, we feel very good in this accommodation, very nice outdoor space too. Very close to the beach and all amenities are within walking distance. Perfect for us.

The house is beautifully decorated and equipped, very spacious and bright, has a huge garden and is wonderfully quiet between fields and forests. Contis - with its great beach and small town center for strolling and many nice restaurants - is easily reached in about 15 minutes by car, or also by bicycle, via mostly quiet paths, along small towns. The house is ideal for families with children, for relaxing, hiking, cycling and much more. Bayonne and Bordeaux - and also other beautiful cities - are easily reached in a day trip. I'm already looking forward to my next vacation at Gudi and Stéphane's house ☺️

A big thank you to our hostess for her flexibility. The place was spotless, clean and welcoming. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and the shaded wooden terrace is super nice. The place is very quiet.

Bastien was super easy to reach. We were able to extend without any problems. The private driveway with parking and gate was safe for parking. It was very comfortable on the terrace. Thanks for the stay!

Céline is a dream host, efficient and charming. She quickly solved a security issue I was having with the WiFi. The property is as described and I was able to entertain my family as I had hoped to. Area is a wonderful seaside location with amazing walking and biking trails and the most spectacular beaches.

Beautiful location, the environment, the green spaces around it are great! Quiet, the accommodation is a recent contemporary house, on the 2nd floor the view is very nice on the environment, Corinne is very nice, as helpful as possible, and very pretty blue eyes! The accommodation is very neat, the decor is in line with the type of house I love! A great TV service with large screen, Netflix, YouTube, Motolov, etc., finally the total! It's not often that we have such a service and when the weather is not great it also helps a lot!!! We travel a lot and we particularly enjoyed this accommodation, good luck, thank you for your smile and kindness. Kind regards

We had a wonderful time! The flat is spacious, clean and comfortable; Carole and her husband were very good hosts - and it's just a few minutes walk to the beach, and about 10min to the centre with restaurants and shopping. We will be back :)

Ideally located, neat, well-equipped and perfectly clean home. Had a great time with my 3-year-old grandson, everything is within walking distance, the accommodation is very convenient. Our arrival went smoothly, without time constraints. if you want to have a pleasant stay between beaches and strolls in the pedestrian streets, this is the place for you!

The place is very nicely decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the quiet location. Shopping facilities are easily accessible on foot in 15 minutes

Lovely apartment with magnificent ocean view. All conditions for a comfortable stay: modern furniture, all necessary appliances, convenient and smooth access to the property. A big plus is the availability of parking right next to the house, as well as shops and a market within a walking distance. The only small disadvantage is the lack of soap and shower gel, but it is easily fixable and did not affect the overall experience. All in all, a great place to relax, I recommend it!

We had a great time. Isabelle is a great host. Indeed the apartment is very functional, clean and has everything. Just like at home, you park your car and everything is done on foot. We came across the great ocean festival.
