Everything was very nice. Great location in the center of the city. Suitable for families. Would recommend to anyone.

First of all, thank you Mr. Milat. She provided us with any convenience and showed a flexible attitude. He answered our questions without getting bored and quick. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and in a decent area.

We truly enjoyed our time at this beautiful family home! The location is great, and all the amenities are just as described and fully functional. Giorgio and his partners were incredibly responsive, making our trip even better. Overall, our experience was exceptional, thanks to their outstanding customer service and the lovely home. It was an amazing experience, although we were crowded, the house was large enough for all our needs. Everything was considered in the kitchen. It was a great getaway where we took advantage of all the amenities of the house. It was a good memory for us to have snow and sit by the fireplace and watch it with the crackling of wood. Mr. Caner was always responsive and met our needs. We'd love to have this experience again.

It was very nice stay. We’ve been greeted and recommended the places to go with map. The room is cleaned once every two days. It was exactly as per the photos and descriptions.

Very nice and friendly host! Easy check in and check out! Great location! Transport to the center - next to the apartment! If you are by car, you can park free. Many shops, restaurants and etc. And now the apartment - very clean and comfortable! Great balcony where you can sit and drink your coffee watching a great view of Istanbul! There is everything you need for a short or a long stay! Thank you very much!

Ali is honestly a super host, great communication and always at disposal. We arrived late around 23h and we had no issues getting the keys so we are very grateful. The house was very lovely and cozy equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, we stayed for around 14 nights and we had no issues at all. The washing machine dishwasher hairdryer TV heating Aircon WiFi everything works perfectly. It was also very clean except for the bedsheets they had a lot of hair we just had to wash them again and we found some clothes in the closet and washing machine. The area is also great and quiet with everything nearby shops stores supermarket etc. Here are a few things that would have made it even better: - A shower door to close the shower so you don't find a water puddle outside each time you shower - The missing curtain in the kitchen - We indicated three guests but we only found two sets of towels and we have been informed they would be provided. We would recommend it!

Mr. Akın was very helpful with everything. We felt she was trying to make us comfortable at home. The house was a very warm environment, it was enjoyable. The house looks like it sleeps 9, but it's a small L armchair where two people will sleep. It wasn't a problem for us, but it should be considered.

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa. We stayed for 4 people. Very understanding and helpful host. We had no problems getting in and out of the house, it was thought out and put up to the wood for the fireplace. I wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed it. Thanks for everything 🙏🏻
