I stayed at this place for 3 months for work. The entire stay was excellent. Krzysztof is very responsive, friendly, and made the stay very convenient. This was an excellent place to stay and I would highly recommend it for others. The additional benefit of staying here is that it is very close to a train station, which can take you to the city or Stuttgart once an hour.

I often go on business trips. There aren't many places where you can feel like you're at home. Nice little cozy apartment. Quiet area. Lots of hiking trails in the area. Aleksandra is a very friendly person, caring and helpful. I recommend it to everyone with a clear conscience 😊.

the flat is perfectly maintained and comfortable. Melanie is very friendly and helpful. just if you plan to go to Metzingen outlet mall you will walk good 25 mins.Otherwise we hand a pleasant stay.

We were completely satisfied with our stay. The apartment is very nice and clean. In the apartment there are also all the utensils you need to live.

Atila's apartment was very nicely decorated and well equipped. Even a few sweets and snacks were ready for us, which we found very attentive. We felt right at home. The garage was very practical, where we could park our bikes and the bike carrier, the car was safely right in front of the house. Thanks, Atila!

Everything was as described. Everything in the house was complete and spotless. The location was right next to the outlet city. If you're coming to shop, this home is the right option

The place was really clean and not overcrowded. The kitchen had everything we needed for a night stay. The only thing would have been if the apartment was a little preheated

Hello, Spent a weekend in the apartment and it was wonderful! It was quiet, just what I needed. There was everything you needed for a relaxing weekend. You came into the apartment and immediately felt at home! I would book the apartment again immediately when I come back to Plochingen!!!

Very spacious, clean, modern with everything we needed. The bathroom was such a good size and a bonus to have a second toilet. Lovely outdoor space too for warmer weather. Really good directions and instructions for parking and facilities. There was a wonderful bakery near by and great places to eat and drink. We have family near by and would definitely stay again.

There was a problem with the coffee maker, we had a hard time working . Other than that, check-in and check-out times were not suitable for families with children and were not flexible. The single bed was very uncomfortable, it makes more sense to sleep on the couch. Still a nice experience .

Nothing is better or nicer. Convenient location. Wonderful view. Clean and comfortable house. Thank you very much for the week I spent in this house.

Beautiful apartment, stylish & decorated with a lot of love - with all the amenities you can use. Quietly located and surrounded by the magnificent spa park. I felt very comfortable here. Thanks to good bus connections, I was able to leave the car completely in the garage. Wonderful hiking trails, wonderful nature - I enjoyed it so much and would love to come back!!

Bright, very clean and well-furnished apartment. Well-equipped kitchen and spacious bathroom. Friendly and discreet host. I had a great time and will definitely be back.

Great place to stay, close to everything, can walk everywhere from there, tram/bus is two-three minutes away. We didn't use the sauna or spa, but they looked really nice. The parking garage is a very nice feature.

We spent 3 wonderful, relaxing days here. A really nice getaway. Total relaxation, despite kindergarten & school across the street, it was absolutely quiet and idyllic, with great views. The apartment is really very tastefully & cozily furnished. We felt immediately comfortable after the smooth check-in. We were able to park in the driveway, including canopy. The apartment is very clean, well maintained & well divided. Also technically the apartment is very well equipped, especially the kitchen. Especially to mention the fridge, the drinking water system in the faucet and the multifunctional oven. The electric shutters are quiet and provide absolute darkness and coolness. Very nice hot tub and a great barrel sauna. The grill is also great and fast. 👍🏻 Real holiday feeling! A small drawback may be the lack of privacy, and especially the windscreen on the terrace, but otherwise absolutely top. 100% recommend!

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, cozy, and had such a warm, welcoming vibe. I especially loved the terrace. Birgit was super friendly and helpful, and she made sure everything was just right. The location was quiet and relaxing. It honestly felt like a home away from home:)

Sandra and her family turned out to be very kind and welcoming hosts. We enjoyed staying at their place. Everything was perfect: its location, the calm and its warm atmosphere. The apartment is very well-equipped, you immediately feel comfortable there. The icing on the cake: the hot tub preheated before our arrival and a sparkling little treat in the fridge. It was very nice and we'll be back with pleasure.

I’m giving this place five stars because of the host. Jasmin was so responsive and helpful. She gave us great recommendations of things to do with our toddler, which we were able to take advantage of. Any issues that we had, she responded to within two minutes. The apartment itself generally met our needs. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen functional. There were, however, some cleanliness issues upon arrival, for instance, the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it, there was mattress with an unwashed sheet and blanket laying on our bed when we arrived, etc. We also had expected to have a designated parking space, but we discovered upon arrival in Germany that the parking space does not fit all vehicles, and we weren’t able to use it for the car we rented - we had to find street parking every day, which was difficult. There is a nice park nearby, but generally you’ll want a car if staying in this location. I would recommend it for a younger couple- it wasn’t ideal for a family.
