Well located and charming accommodation, in a typical neighborhood close to the ocean where the must-see corners of Royan can be visited on foot. In the evening, the nights are quiet and the mattress is comfortable. Thanks to Hugo for his responsiveness and kindness. We'll be back!

Have you ever loved an Airbnb so much you hesitate to say how perfect it is because you almost want to keep it a secret? Fanny’s place is huge, bright, tastefully decorated - the best shower, a totally private patio that opens onto the side street so it’s not noisy - you can see the Grosse Cloche from the bedroom window! We loved this apartment & will be back asap!

The place is as described in the photos, tidy and clean. Located in a quiet area, fantastic to rest and move by car or bike to get to know the area. Communication was fast and smooth. Clean and very complete kitchen with everything you need and more, and a beautiful terrace

Francois is a really wonderful host. We've stayed in Airbnbs all over the world for over a decade but this was one of the top ever. The flat is better than pictures can capture. The location is perfect and despite its centrality, the flat is quiet! François has done a lovely job renovating and it is very charming. Not to mention the patio!!!

We had a great long weekend in Bordeaux! The accommodation is conveniently located to fully enjoy the city, everything is easily done on foot. The apartment has a lot of charm with its exposed stones, and the coolness inside was more than appreciable with the high temperatures – a real joy! Check-in is independent, very simple, which makes the arrival very smooth. The hosts are friendly, available and their communication was perfect from start to finish. Everything was clear, no worries. A big thank you for this stay, we highly recommend this accommodation for a vacation in Bordeaux!

She was very accommodating because not normally hosting on one night, she finally accepted it so for that thank you again. The apartment located on Eysines is quiet, peaceful and safe. Close to all amenities (tram station next door). Apart from its location, the decoration is beautiful and warm, it feels very good right away. Cleanliness is indisputable.
