Lovely apartment in a beautiful old house with fabulous stairs. A lift also! I was surprised to find no bedroom as the bed is in the kitchen. But it worked out fine. Within easy walking distance of the Markt and St. Thomaskirke. Lovely city. The Gewandhaus is brilliant.

The place was well located and very clean. Overall just great The only negative was that the blinds only make it slightly darker and the room is relatively bright in the morning. In addition, the WiFi was mediocre. But would always come back ☺️

The apartment is in a perfect location – only 5 minutes from the train station and yet quietly located. Everything was very clean and exactly as described. The amenities left nothing to be desired – there was really everything you need for a pleasant stay. Communication with the host was quick, friendly, and straightforward. I would come back anytime and highly recommend the place!

Nice little apartment.

Nice and uncomplicated contact. The apartment is functionally and nicely furnished. The tram was a little louder than I thought, but it leaves almost in front of the door😉. Everything is fine for a few nights in a lively neighborhood.

Flexible and self check-in. Apartment as stated in the listing. Located in the beautiful Gründerzeit district. There were three of us, space and sleeping arrangements were a good fit. Restaurants and shopping (Edeka, Rossmann, bakery) are a few minutes' walk away. The city center is easily accessible on foot (10 min.). The apartment is on the 3rd floor with elevator and highly recommended.

This great old building apartment is very tasteful and stylishly furnished. We had everything we needed. The location was perfect for our stay in Leipzig, everything was easily accessible. Elisabeth wrote quickly and easily and check-in and check-out works very easily through the key safe. Thank you very much!

The apartment looks a little bigger in the photos, but there was enough space for 4 people. The location is great. On foot you can pass many restaurants and bars and also by tram you are very well connected.

Personally furnished apartment, within walking distance close to the Saale and the zoo. We felt comfortable with two grandchildren and had beautiful days!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The apartment is as describe if not better. With high end appliances and bedding we felt like we were in a luxury 5 star hotel but with more personality! Checkin and parking was easy and communication was top notch! We highly recommend this place and would love to have stayed longer.

We stayed in this accommodation for the second time and felt comfortable right away. The spacious bedroom with old-building charm has built-in closets and a bookshelf to browse. In the kitchen, there is nothing missing for cooking and eating comfortably. We will always be happy to spend our trips to the Harz Mountains there. Great hosts, great location.

We had a very relaxing stay at Markus'! By bus and tram, the apartment is also easily accessible by public transport and the surrounding area is very quiet. We were completely flexible with the check-in via the key box and felt very comfortable throughout the stay! The city center is also within walking distance, shopping and restaurants 5-15 minutes away :)

We stayed in one of Carl's apartments for the second time and would stay there again and again. The apartment is just perfectly located on the Connewitzer Kreuz, it is very spacious and stylishly furnished. We can't wait to see you next time!

The positive surprises began right with our arrival, so that we could move into a larger and more beautiful apartment in the house at no extra charge or the like, simply because it was just free. Pierre is extremely accommodating and always in a good mood. Before we could even ask, he offered to recommend activities or restaurants in the area. The apartment was super clean and very nicely decorated, everything you need was available in abundance and Pierre responded immediately to inquiries or requests. Check-in and check-out are easy and flexible. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to return to Pierre's at any time! Simply recommended!

Our stay was just perfect! The place was exactly as described, clean, well equipped and very cozy. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area and we felt right at home from the beginning. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating.
