It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Remi’s place was wonderful! Beautiful location overlooking the waterfront, spacious rooms and a lovely bottle of fizz on our arrival. Remi was responsive and was happy for us to leave bags in the flat on our last day before our flight. A great apartment and a great host.

We were super happy with the place. The amenities were perfect, there was nothing missing. We loved the large garden for private use with terrace, deck chairs and porch swing. Communication with the host or her mother was very good. She was always very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place, the area is also beautiful and the proximity to Berlin is a plus. Therefore 5 stars for everything. Will definitely visit again.

We had a great time in this beautiful place. Really a little oasis to feel good. Veit is a great host, very attentive and helpful. All in all definitely highly recommended and this was certainly not our last visit.

Nice and clean. The only feedback I had was to provide darker curtains. She has happily taken the input. Until that is resolved, I do recommend you bring an eyemask. Other than that, it's squeeky clean and relatively close to a busy S-bahn station. Can highly recommend.

Although we were only guests for a short time and would have liked to do something there, because the area is very nice for a few tours or activities, such as climbing forest, etc. For us, the place was great for getting to Tropical Island faster. This allowed us to take some stress out, which unfortunately often resonates with us. Rosi is very nice and accommodating...a great host! I wish you all the love and have a lovely time!

But we felt comfortable. The place had everything you need to recover well. The lakeside location is fantastic and the balcony or the bench by the lake offer a cozy and romantic atmosphere for a few relaxing days. We stayed in the vacation home on the lake for a good week in May 2025 and enjoyed this time of rest. The cottage is located directly on the Rahmersee and the view from the winter garden to the lake is simply fantastic at any time of the day and year. If you are looking for peace, far from any hustle and bustle, you are in wonderful hands here. Also for our dog, the cottage with the beautiful natural garden was a great pleasure. We were there on Easter vacation with our children and their partners and our dog. It was a very nice time, the house is very quiet on the lake with private access. We grilled, lit the fireplace in the evening and chilled together. A wonderful time just for us and our family! Would recommend and book again anytime! Nazanin's apartment is as cozy as advertised and made me feel right at home. Very quiet and it felt very Berlin-like. It truly has everything (extremely well-equipped kitchen); the bath tub is a treat; very well located, easy to get everywhere and full of atmosphere near the canal, very easy check-in, and Nazanin communicated very fast, warmly, and efficiently. I stayed for two weeks and it was perfect for that. It works for short- or long term stays. I would stay there again any time.

I spent one night in the spacious apartment and had a great stay. The roof terrace is a nice addition to the cosy and clean room that even has a little kitchen area. The bathroom was nice as well and the apartment would be easily suitable for two people staying for a longer time. Only downside would be carrying luggage up all the way to the top, however the views and peaceful inner yard make up for it.
