The communication with Sven was more than excellent, on questions there was always a quick and clear answer. A parking space at the apartment could also be arranged quickly. Metro and bus station and also two supermarkets within walking distance so as a base to visit the city the apartment is very suitable . We were a group of 6 visitors to the X Jazz festival and for our 5-night stay the apartment was large enough and equipped with every comfort.

Our little apartment at the SANA Berlin was perfect for our 10 day visit. It was just the right size for a longer stay and allowed us some flexibility that a hotel room would not. In this case, though, we had both the flexibility of the apartment and all the amenities (pool, steam bath, housecleaning) of a hotel. The location was a short walk to many things, and there were several transit stations nearby allowing us to get all over Berlin effeciently. The staff were very helpful, and the hotel restaurant was quite good.

Smooth accommodation a little outside central Berlin. We visited FEZ Berlin for a music festival and this accommodation was perfectly located. About 3 km from the festival, we could walk or take the train. The station is right next to the accommodation. The room was great, calm and quiet. Good café at the reception with good and reasonably priced breakfast. We will return here! Recommended!

Super location. Close to Lidl which turned out v handy. Walkable to a lot of important destinations. I wish the blinds in the living room were total blackout blinds. Not a noisy area and with the insulation of the room I wouldn't have realised either. Matthew is super responsive and accommodating.

An absolutely wonderful place for quality time for two! In the price Inc is the wellness landscape we had for us all weekend! Super friendly staff, very tasty breakfast and cozy feel well room amenities and atmosphere, highly recommended. We will come back to everyone!
