Your nicely minimal guestroom is provided with a 160x200cm comfortable double bed for one guest or maximal two guests (click on “two persons” when booking.) The room has a lightful atmosphere and the charm of an old building. You can use our fast WI-FI internet for free. We live and work part time at home and prefer a quiet and respectful living together, therefore parties are not allowed. We have 2 sweet cats and a child (*Jan.2022). Kitchen is NOT shared! The place is really beautiful, lots of places to walk, very quiet, clean, different atmosphere. I recommend it to everyone. In the evening, you can walk by the riverbank and relax.

This newly renovated studio apartment suited our needs perfectly. Close to Berlin’s public transit, this gem is in a quiet neighborhood and has no steps to access the apartment so you don’t have to lug suitcases up and down stairs. A washer and dryer made doing laundry a breeze. There’s tons of storage, hangars, and came stocked with some pantry staples. Would definitely stay here again.
