Quiet and without a neighbor above your head is very IMPORTANT! Restaurants and local produce markets on Saturday/Wednesday downstairs from the building. Perfect for short/medium business tourism. At the entrance to Bergerac, a supermarket (4.5 km) and a pharmacy (3 km). 5 min drive to Lake Pombonne: supervised swimming (free access) and hiking trails.

Independent studio with garden

15 minutes walk to the train station and the center. The studio is on the ground floor of our house with a separate entrance. Double bed + sofa bed. Parking is on the sidewalk (unless otherwise indicated, if we are not there). Duvets, blankets, pillows provided. Extra linens and towels at €3 per person. We have a cat who is an expert in the art of crashing... generally cute but clingy ;-) Great barbecue available, as pictured ^^
