We have a bright, well-planned 4-room apartment in Klövsjö with a nice view of Klövsjö village. Genuine ski in/ski out, the green slope runs just outside the house that takes you down to the lift in 30 seconds. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, spices, oil, dishwasher detergent, etc. Drying cabinet, 2 toilets, shower and sauna. Floor heating throughout the apartment and storage. Two parking spaces. 55-inch TV with many channels, Tele2 play, Via play and Chromecast. Wi-Fi 500/500. Large heated storage room for skis, boots, etc. Smoke and pet free.

Here you live cozily with a fireplace, functional and spacious kitchen, most beds (6) distributed in two bedrooms on the upper floor. Slalom is only a few minutes away and cross-country trails are available both in the village and on top of Klövsjöfjäll. The hot tub is lovely and firewood is included in the rent. Ice fishing equipment is available. In winter, the road is plowed down to the house if necessary and a winter-equipped car is a prerequisite for getting around smoothly.

Walking distance to the ski slope, close to the ski bus and central Funäsdalen. Nice hiking and biking in the nearby area. Fully equipped kitchen. Bed linen, wifi and final cleaning are included in the rent. Parking at the property. Perfect location if you want to take the bus up to the mountains and have everything within walking distance. Easter is available only for booking Sunday-Sunday.

The cabin, which was newly built in December 2023, has a top location close to slopes & ski trails. It is about 200 meters to the lift area and 50 meters to the cross-country trails. You can ski home to the cabin & walk or cross-country ski there. The lift card includes Vemdalen, Björnrike & Storhogna & a ticket to Skistar's buses between the different locations is included. Hotel Klövsjöfjäll with restaurant, ski rental and spa is close to the cabin. About 2.5 km away, there is an Ica store and a popular stone oven bakery.

No pets or smoking in the cottage.

Funäsfjällens cross-country ski tracks and scooter tracks, monuntain bike and hiking trails are available directly adjacent to the cabin. Walk a hundred meters down to Ljusnan for a swim, fishing or paddling. The cottage is also close to Funäsdalen's alpine resort (about 1.5 km). By car, it takes about 20 minutes to Tänndalen, Ramundberget and Tännäs.
