Only 30 meters down to the lake where you will find a private picnic table for 6-8 guests, barbecue area/barbecue and boat for fishing and swimming. In winter, there are often nice cross-country trails on the lake. Grocery store and gasoline 2 minutes by car from the cabin.

Balcony with bench table, 10-minute walk about 600 meters until you put on your skis and slide down to the west lift. Ski in, the ski trail runs all the way back to the cabin again. The bunk bed has mattresses that are 20 cm thick and on them are thick bed mattresses. The cottage has a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker (+ filter) microwave, washing machine, Wi-Fi, toilet and shower. Guests bring their own bed linens and towels and clean themselves. Cleaning materials are available. Allowed to bring a dog.

Newly-built cottage with a magical location at Svartåstjärn in Sweden's most beautiful village, Klövsjö. Outside the large window sections you have water where you can fish all year round and swim in the summer. There are both char, trout, rainbow and whitefish all year round. Boat rental is available on the other side of the lake. If you want to ski, there is Klövsjö ski area right across the lake (about 6-700 meters) or the road that is about 900 meters. If you want to go long, there are trails both below the ski area and at the top.
