Spacious courtyard with parking. In the courtyard you can sunbathe, there are two sunbeds, and in the courtyard you can bake and cook in the covered summer pavilion designed for this purpose. The courtyard and the terrace are decorated with flowers. Two rooms have decor lighting. On the third floor there is a common TV room,which is flooded with fireplace warmth. There are two churches in the village, a 15th-century Reformed wooden church with 4 youth towers,and a Roman and Greek Catholic Makovec style modern church.

The laundry area features two white appliances, a washing machine and a dryer, positioned side by side. Shelves above hold neatly stacked towels. The walls exhibit a warm, textured pattern, and a round mirror is mounted above a white sink. A door provides access to another space.

House is located close to the center - 7 min by walk, to the termal bath- 12 min. The apartments-comfotable and cozy. In summertime it saves coolness, on winter it keeps a warmth well. The apartment is on the 10th floor of the building, with an incredible view of the city. Design: A combination of loft styles, neoclassicals and art deco: an oval bath, near the panoramic window, allows you to relax and contemplate the night city; the bathtub is located on a natural white pebble. The fireplace, combined with soft furnishings, creates comfort and coziness. Thesoft part, built into the panoramic window, allows you to plunge into the night romantic atmosphere.

I rented the place for half a year. The apartment is quite comfortable for a long stay (there is a washing machine, dryer, iron, dishes, gas column). I liked the location: there is a park with a river, a water park and even a brewery nearby. It's a little far to the center, a 20-minute walk at a fast pace. The owner is a very nice person, easy to communicate with and resolve issues.

Two circular hot tubs are set into the tiled floor, featuring a smooth stone surround. Nearby, a clear swimming pool reflects light, bordered by a glass partition. The walkway's textured tiles create a harmonious transition between the relaxation area and the pool.

Loved everything, receptionist, location, storage cameras. The only thing is that we, four girls, were missing an apartment, are full-length mirrors. But we experienced it easily.
