Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Berat County

Very friendly & helpful hosts who made me a meal & fresh oranges from the trees. beautiful property, it wasn't really my style but that's my fault for booking what is obviously a traditional Albanian house. Also, I had a bad back injury upon arriving so had to cut my stay short & just go to a modern hotel instead to recover & be closer to a physical therapist. This home is perfect for a family who wants the real Berat experience.

Es war ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt in dem Haus, es ist noch nie schöner und größer als auf den Bildern und äußerst modern eingerichtet. Es war makellos sauber und alles war vorhanden was man benötigt. Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich kann unbedingt empfehlen mit den Brüdern des Gastgebers eine Rafting Tour zu unternehmen. Eine wundervolle Erfahrung und ein toller Service! Auch bei anderen Fragen rund um die Umgebung und zu Land und Leuten kann der Bruder von Guxim einem spannende Sachen (auf Englisch) erzählen! Wenn man mal seine Ruhe haben möchte drängt sich aber auch niemand auf. Die perfekten Gastgeber! Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Soggiorno fantastico. Abbiamo ricevuto una splendida accoglienza. Lo spazio era molto pulito e in mezzo alla natura, con un giardinetto con alberi da frutto, tartarughe e gatti dolcissimi. Davvero consigliatissimo. Grazie mille di tutto! A presto

Wij hadden een aangenaam verblijf. Huis heeft een mooie tuin waar je kunt lekker zitten. Dichtbij bezienswaardigheden. Rustige omgeving. Enige aandacht punt was parkeren. De straat is smal en het parkeren van een grote auto in het huis is een beetje moeilijk.

Όμορφο και καθαρό σπίτι !!!!! Οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ φιλικοί και ευγενικοί σε κάνουν να νιώθεις σαν το σπίτι σου !!!! Υπέροχο πρωινό !!!! Αξίζει να το επισκεφτείτε!!!!!

We absolutely loved staying here - the house was exactly as described - even better actually! It was super clean, comfortable and had everything you could need (kitchen equipment, washing machine, bedding, towels etc)…The thought and care which has gone into making it a good home for guests really shines through. The pool and outside surroundings were beautiful - the pool was super clean and had lots of great floaties which our children loved. We were two families (7 in total) and we had lots of space and felt right at home. Valentino and his family are just divine! So friendly and hospitable - we were made to feel like family! We would love to stay again. It’s an easy 15 minute drive to Berat. We really will miss this wonderful home and family. Recommend staying here without a doubt - you’ll love it!

Staying at Olka’s home was an absolute delight! The spacious, light-filled rooms offered stunning views of beautiful Berat, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. Our favourite spot was the open patio, where we spent enjoying a peaceful morning coffee or evening beverage. The location was ideal, situated close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and cafés. Olka was an exceptional host, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. We would gladly stay here again!​

We kregen een warm welkom van Bruna. Het appartement is onder haar huis, dus ze is er altijd om je te helpen. Hele fijne communicatie. Ruim en schoon appartement met comfortabele bedden, schone keuken en badkamer. Als extra heeft dit appartement een wasmachine! Makkelijk gratis parkeren op eigen terrein, supermarkten om de hoek. Wij reden met de auto naar old town/castle/Gorice in 5min, maar je kan het ook makkelijk wandelen. Wij raden dit appartement zeker aan!

Les photos sont représentatives du logement d Ariola qui est sympa et cosy. L'accueil à été vraiment chaleureux. Nous avons par contre entendu une bonne partie de la nuit des chiens aboyer... Les fenêtres ne sont guère isolées... Le logement était parfaitement propre.

Wat een paradijsje deze plek! Een prachtig terras met mooi tuintje met vrolijke bloemen. Huis was van alle gemakken voorzien en echt brandschoon. De gastvrouw was buitengewoon vriendelijk! Bij aankomst ook verse eigengemaakte vruchtensap en jam. Het was een rustige plek maar even het steegje uit kwam je op een straat met allerlei winkeltjes We voelden ons thuis op dit vakantieplekje. En komen graag terug!

Very comfortable, one bedroom with a double bed and a single one and a kitchen/living room with the other single bed. AC in both rooms works very well, as well as the wifi. The shower is closed, rare in Albania! Easy to find with the videos sent by the host, we did not meet her. You can easily walk to mangalem and Gorica but we drove to the castle area and found free parking in the morning. Tried the two restaurants quoted previously by other guests, very good and 3 min walk from the apartment.

Wow, this was a fabulous experience in Tirana. The apartment was large, clean and super comfortable. Perfectly situated among numerous bars and coffee shops and mere meters from the Sky tower where we had drinks in the rotating observation bar. Wow to the whole experience.

Ev merkeze çok yakın konumdaydı. Otopark evin önündeydi. Aracımızı park edip gezilecek yerlere yürüyerek ulaştık. Ev tertemizdi ve mobilyalar yeniydi. Ev sahibi mesajlara hızlı yanıt verdi. Giriş kolaydı. Mutfakta ve banyoda yeterli eşya vardı. Tavsiye ederim. Güzel bir deneyimdi.

Wir waren schon früher in dieser Unterkunft. Es hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Top Lage und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind sauber und nett eingerichtet. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir kommen immer gerne.

I still can't believe how amazing these people are! Erjoni and Irma are extremely friendly and giving a very warm welcome. Erjoni picked us up by car from the bus station and brought us later to a city center. He even offered to drive us to see the sunset at the castle (however I recommend to have this walk!). Cherry on top - we got an amazing traditional breakfast which was suitable for vegans. The flat is also really nice and big, it has everything you need for your stay. Berat is a really beautiful place and I hope we can go back there another time to discover more. Thank you so much!

Very nice apartment with 2 nice rooms with one queen and one single bed each. Appartement was very clean. Our host was very proactive with communication and also answered our questions quickly. I recommend this place. Please note that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator.

Vielen Dank, Ervis! Die Kommunikation verlief schnell und unkompliziert, die Wohnung ist gemütlich, sauber und super gelegen. Das Parken ist ein bisschen aufregend, aber wir bekamen super Hilfe und unser Auto stand für 3 Tage sicher.

호스트와의 의사소통은 최고였고, 호스트의 아버지가 직접 숙소를 안내해서 친절하게 설명해주셨어요. 숙소는 쾌적했고 넓었으며, 침대와 이불도 좋아서 숙면을 취할수 있었어요. 4층이어서 전망도 좋았고, 물론 EV가 있습니다. 위치도 좋아서 도보로 고리차 지구와 천개의 창으로 유명한 망갈렘 지구를 즐길 수 있어요. 여행자들에게 이 숙소를 적극적으로 추천합니다.

Staying in this apartment was an amazing experience. Elona and her parents were incredibly friendly and welcoming - some of the best hosts we’ve ever encountered on Airbnb. Their hospitality was outstanding, and they made us feel right at home. The apartment itself was immaculate - everything was super clean and well-maintained. Getting there was also straightforward. From Tirana, you can take a bus to Berat from the South and North Bus Terminal in the north of the city. Bus line 5/B from the city center will get you there easily. The buses run regularly, and the trip takes about 2 hours. Once in Berat, it’s a short city bus ride to Elona’s place. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. Highly recommended!

Le logement de Armel est magnifique, super bien décoré. Il est propre et possède tout ce qui est nécessaire pour un bon séjour. Nous avons été accueillis par son père, un homme d’une gentillesse incroyable. Tout est à proximité: commerces, vue panoramique de Berat, restaurant, ville au milles fenêtres, pont. Je recommande!

Ottimo alloggio e host gentilissimi! Ci hanno accolto sulla porta di casa pur arrivando noi ad ora tarda. Ci hanno anche aiutato a trovare una taverna per cenare nonostante fosse sera inoltrata e ci hanno accompagnato loro stessi. Accoglienza magnifica (cesto di frutta e rakja), vista stupenda e alloggio ottimale! Le indicazioni su Maps portano direttamente alla casa che si trova sulla dx della strada sterrata oltre un cancellino con delle scale. Consigliatissimo!
