Vacation rentals in Benicolet

It’s a good location for cycling. High up a hill so amazing views of the valley. Discovered some trail routes just behind Porto de Orba. We didn’t eat out in the evening. A 25 minute drive to Denia beach. Good shopping at La Marina centre with many familiar shops.

Maria's apt. is lovely. We stayed for a week in June with our 3 teenage boys. Plenty space for the 5 of us. Beautiful, large terrace, shady in the hot afternoons perfect for a snooze on the wooden loungers or the hammock(13 yr old didn't leave it!) Lovely pool, most days we had it to ourselves! Apt is well placed, near old town, the harbour and beach, all within easy walking distance. Maria is a wonderful host. ..Waiting for us when we arrived, with a warm welcome and lots of local advice on restaurants and places to visit. We all enjoyed our stay in beautiful Denia and will surely return.

Acabo de celebrar mi 40 cumpleaños en el edificio Intempo y no puedo estar más satisfecho. La experiencia ha sido simplemente inolvidable. Desde el primer momento, el trato recibido ha sido impecable. La atención al detalle, la calidad de las instalaciones y el entorno de lujo crearon el ambiente perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar con mi familia. Destaco especialmente la tranquilidad que se respira en todo el edificio, algo muy valorado cuando uno busca descanso real. Las vistas, la limpieza, el diseño interior y las zonas comunes superaron con creces nuestras expectativas. La combinación de confort, exclusividad y elegancia hicieron de esta estancia una celebración verdaderamente especial. Repetiremos sin duda. Gracias por hacer de mis 40 años un momento tan especial.

L’appartement est neuf , spacieux et très bien équipé pour passer de très belles vacances en famille afin de visiter et découvrir la région. La terrasse avec vue sur mer est un atout majeur, on se fait bercer par le bruit des vagues non loin. Son emplacement est idéal, très bien situé pour moi. Pour ceux qui aiment la plage elle se situe à quelque mètre de la résidence. Vannessa est très très professionnelle, toutes les informations qu’elle m’a communiqué m’ont été très utiles aussi bien sur les détails de la location que sur les belles choses à faire aux alentours. La grande piscine et l’espace SPA étaient à notre disposition même tardivement, un véritable plaisir pour les enfants. Le logement et Vannessa pour son sérieux sont à recommander. Au plaisir de se revoir.

Wir wurden persönlich vom Gastgeber sehr freundlich empfangen. Es gab eine umfangreiche Einweisung in die Wohnung und die gemeinsam mit anderen Mietern genutzten Bereiche wie Pool, Hallenbad und Sauna. Der Aufenthalt an sich war sehr schön. Direkt hinter der Anlage kann man schön wandern. Für Einkäufe und die Fahrt zum Strand wird ein Auto benötigt. Die Anlage selbst ist modern und sauber. Andrej ist ein toller Gastgeber!

Excellent. Great views, 6 comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms which was useful. 9kg washing machine, well kitted kitchen. had towels, Inc beach towels so no need to carry out in luggage. secure. location was amazing, right opposite beach, near Old Town. balcony was unreal. highly recommended 👌

El piso se corresponde en todo con lo detallado, 3 cuartos amplios , 2 wc completos , salón con terraza… Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días sin problema. Todo muy limpio , camas cómodas . A la vuelta de la esquina hay un súper , 3 panadería/pastelerias, y un poco más adelante el paseo marítimo con infinidad de opciones para comer. Se encuentra en 2 fila al mar pero son 5 min andando y llegas a la playa , de arena y muy buena para niños. Tiene garaje para un coche grande que facilita todo. Roberto estuvo pendiente de nosotros y contestó rápido a mis preguntas. Tuvo flexibilidad en los horarios . Vino a darnos las llaves y enseñarnos todo el piso . We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Teulada! The place was immaculately clean, incredibly comfortable, and had absolutely everything one could need for a perfect getaway. The swimming pool was fantastic—refreshing and with plenty of depth to properly enjoy a swim. The barbecue area was a great touch, perfect for relaxed evenings. But what truly made this stay exceptional was our host, María. She was absolutely incredible—proactive, attentive, and always ready with helpful recommendations. From finding the best bespoke cake in the nearby town to suggesting musicians, she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Despite the weather being the worst the area had seen in a decade (as the locals told us), it didn’t dampen our experience in the slightest. The villa, the amenities, and María’s hospitality more than made up for it. Would definitely consider coming back!

¡Una estancia excelente! El apartamento en El Vergel superó nuestras expectativas: limpio, cómodo y perfectamente equipado para viajar en familia. Fuimos con nuestro perro y un bebé, y todo estuvo pensado para hacernos sentir como en casa. La zona es tranquila, ideal para descansar, y muy cerca de la playa. El anfitrión fue muy atento y amable en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Sin duda, lo recomendamos y esperamos volver pronto.
