The space matched the listing description. It's an old apartment, with not very modern facilities, but with excellent wifi and a great location in Buenos Aires. It serves as a good dorm, at a cost-benefit that was worth it. Host Diego was kind, responsive and organized.

I had an issue with my flight and tincho was absolutely helpful. I’ve been around the area where the place is, and I can tell you is absolutely amazingly located.

This place is the perfect spot to stay long term or short term. Luciano was very helpful and responsive to any and all questions I had. The place is lovely and clean. The view is crazy good- with a balcony! I stayed there for a week and didn’t want to leave. The pool so such a nice addition, since it’s been hot here. I went there everyday and got to know the other tenants. Everyone was polite and friendly. Location is key. So many coffee shops and restaurants— also a very easy pick up location for Ubers - and close to the public transport. I am a solo traveler and I felt safe and welcome living the good like in Palermo !

The apartment is great and the location is perfect. It is close to all the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, but it is still quiet and peaceful at night. This is the second time we have stayed there and we could see that Sebastian really makes renovations over time to offer more comfort and a good experience to guests. We really liked it and felt at home, as always.

In that area, it's not that there are many things to do or see, but it was good for us because it was more or less close to Tecnópolis. Quiet area, very good and comfortable independent apartment. Very attentive host. Recommended.

Spacious and charming house with comfortable location close to bus and metro. We were two families with children who enjoyed many bedrooms, two living rooms and several outdoor areas. The host was helpful in answering questions before arrival, and service minded to arrange things during the stay. Before with a code lock worked very well - nice to drop keys!

Cris was extremely helpful and clear in the instructions to receive us. The house has many stairs, 3 floors and a bathroom and a suspended mezzanine. All very clean, towels and bed linen for everyone. Healing and air conditioned in day. Outstanding location, one of the best possible in Buenos Aires. There are only two bathrooms with shower, so if it is in a large group, you need to divide well, since one of the bathrooms is on one between floors that connects to the rooftop. I highly recommend it, especially for the clarity of communication with Cris, for the excellent location, for comfort and convenience.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

guillermo's house is as shown in the photos, it is very spacious and pleasant, it has many bedrooms and 3 with private bathrooms. There are many bathrooms in the house. The garden area is very much enjoyed with the pool, the gallery and the trees. We had a wonderful time with the family, we rest a lot. The place is safe, quiet and the neighborhood is beautiful for walking or cycling. It has leafy vegetation which makes it very pleasant. I will miss that good energy that nature gives. Guillermo was attentive at all times we need him and he was quick to respond to our call even though he was on his vacation. he is very nice and helpful. thank you very much Guillermo. We'll be back!!!

Amazing place to share with friends, it has everything. From a kitchen with all the utensils you'll need, to games so you never get bored. We stayed for one night and made an asado while the whole group had a good time playing ping pong and pool. The place is very spacious. Additionally it is in an incredible area of Palermo Hollywood and tenes of everything nearby. We loved and would come back!

We had a very nice weekend. Pablo and his family are very attentive, super discreet, the house and the park are beautiful. Perfect to rest and disconnect, enjoy the park, the pool and a very quiet place outdoors, and the house too, overlooking the park. Highly recommended, I would definitely come back with my family.

The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Lots of places to eat and beautiful parks to go for a walk or exercise. The view from the apartment is incredible! You can enjoy the sunrise from the from the balcony. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. Instructions on how to get in, wifi, garage, etc were simple and clear. Sofia is an amazing host, she was always available when we needed her! I would recommend this place a thousand times and more! We are definitely coming back! Thanks Sofia!!! 🥰💕

We had a night with my partner. The apartment was just like the description. Everything was clean and tidy. Communication with Graciela was quick and she was flexible with check-in and check-out times. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was excellent. The air conditioning works perfectly. We didn't have a problem. Excellent cost-benefit.

This is the second time staying in this apartment, more than recommended! Well-equipped apartment, area with lots of transportation and collaborating hosts in everything. It's comfortable, safe, and has everything you need.

The truth is 10 points. Not only is the place beautiful, you can feel that a lot of love was put into it for many years, but it is also very well connected, the people who live there are divine, and the plants are spectacular. I recommend it 100%.

Excellent place. The apartment is warm and cozy. The area is quiet and Liam was helpful at all times. When we arrived, the shower was not clean, however we mentioned it to Liam and he solved it immediately without any problem. Highly recommended
