Mr Phuc was very efficient, friendly and helpful at checkin. The space was large enough for 2 people to be comfortable and having 2 full bathrooms was awesome! Having all the stores and shops downstairs was very convenient. It was a little hot outside of the bedroom as the air conditioning unit was not out there and the fan didn’t help much. The neighbors were friendly 😊

place was great and I loved the view from the balcony! it was my favorite spot to have morning coffee. also great that the place has a washing machine! And it was amazing to have shops around the bottom floor of the apartment and chill areas with built in sinks and grills. Just a great spot, check it out!

I can here to spend time with family for the new year and needed a place to stay and this place was amazing it had all the amenities needed only problem I had was no cooking supplies but other then that host was great and the location was spectacular and I hope to rent again when I come back in September!

Very good location with lots of F&B places within walking distance & short car rides. Also a good location between Binh Duong New City and HCMC/airport. Modern apartment & building with a nice outdoor 40m pool & sky bridge with glass floor. The apartment is as described. The electronic water dispensing machine providing hot, warm & cold water was a great amenity, and the washing machine is also very convenient. Ayami is very responsive and helpful, especially for special requests.

Too much to review as soon as I finish work, I happen to know this place when I'm looking for a place to stay near me for work. Host Amy is very enthusiastic, quick to respond. The apartment is clean, tidy, feels like home. Will definitely come back when working in Binh Duong

The apartment is modern with a very nice view to the centre of the city from a high floor balcony, even it is a bit far away from the city. But if you like privacy and a quiet place and a bit better air, then it is the right place. Huyen was very kind, helpful and answered very quick. Anytime again!
