Bardzo ciekawe miejsce w pięknej starej kamienicy. Plusem jest pełne wyposażenie apartamentu, włącznie z pralką czy zmywarką. Na minus bardzo małe i ciasne sypialnie z kiepską wentylacją oraz hałas z ulicy ale nie jest to jakiś wielki problem ;)

We spent a lovely week at this beautiful apartment. Every little detail was tasteful and artistic, yet it was convenient and comfortable. The neighborhood was secure and quiet, the view of the sea is amazing, also a walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Vassil was responsive and sent us many recommendations for things to do in Nice and good grocery stores and restaurants. Everything was perfect, we highly recommend it. Thank you Vassil & family.

Excellent location, beautiful view of the beach and promenade. Great location to shops, restaurants, the beach and casinos if one wished to indulge. Apartment was clean and comfortable, it had all the features necessary for a comfortable stay. Our family loved it and would stay at Sultans place when we return to Nice in the future.

Well appointed apartment located in the heart of the old town waking distance to a beach as well as restaurants and shops. We loved the farmers market located a block away most mornings from 8 am to 1 pm. The apartment is located on top of a bar/restaurant however the bedroom is located in the back opposite of the bar so it is quiet. There is no lift to the 2nd floor so something to keep in mind if you have heavy bags or trouble climbing stairs. Overall we loved the apartment and would recommend to friends.

We had a great stay in Fabio’s apartment. It looked exactly like the pictures and was very spacious. The balcony had incredibly views, perfect for pictures and great to eat breakfast/lunch with a view. The apartment felt very secure and private. Both beds were comfy and the lounge and kitchen area were very cosy. Plenty of beach towels, towels and bedding provided. Pool was not heated but still nice to use the sun loungers to sit out. Fabio and Laure were very responsive and always got back to us very quickly. They very generously allowed us a late check in and check out which was very helpful! They had clear instructions and pictures on how to check in which made the process very easy. Excellent location! Located 10 mins walk from beach which was perfect. Also 10 mins walk from Juan Les Pins station which goes to Nice/Monaco/Cannes. Very handy for exploring. Short 10 mins drive or 30 mins walk to Old town Antibes for dinner, shopping or walking around old town. Would recommend!

Great basement apartment. Very clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. Didn't meet Samir, but he arranged for his lovley neighbour to meet us when we arrived. Really easy to get to from the airport using the local transpot. We used the tram, only cost us €5 for 3 of us to get there. Close to the beach, the bars and restaurant, which there are hundreds of. Would highly recommend for a stay in Nice or as a base to explore the French Riviera. Would definitely use this rental again.

We had a fabulous week in Dan’s apartment . The location was beautiful and not far from Garibaldi square and Tram station . There was a lovely bakery next door and we had our breakfast on the balcony most mornings . The apartment had everything we needed. A powerful shower , comfortable bed and linen . WiFi , smart TV with all streaming channels and AC for those warm days . The only tricky thing was getting out of the elevator and finding the keyhole in the dark as the timed light switch didn’t last long enough to see the door lock! We developed a system and it was ok once we got used to it . We loved our time in Nice. We found the transport system excellent and visited Antibes, Cannes , Villefranche sur mer, Menton, Èze and Monaco ! Our favourite was Menton . The apartment was in a lovely area that was a little bit quieter than the main tourist areas which was nice . The French Riviera is busy!! So coming back to the apartment was a relief after a busy day. We loved our stay !

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Enrico und seine Frau sind freundliche, herzliche und offene Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war super, die zwei sind sehr hilfsbereit und bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Gerne komme ich wieder vorbei, wenn ich in der Gegend bin.

Ivan was a great host! Super responsive and had very clear instructions for the check in and check out process. The location of the Airbnb was great. So many restaurants, stores, and bars to explore right outside the door. And the view was to die for.

If there were more stars to rate Nathalie and her home, I would have given them! The location right by the water was spectacular, and the place was so comfortable and inviting that it was hard to leave it to enjoy Antibes! She also was gracious in helping us with some extenuating circumstances and was understanding and supportive and amazing. I can't recommend Nathalie and her beautiful home enough. I plan on making it a regular vacation getaway. I'd advise you to book it while you can!

Bij aankomst konden we vaststellen dat het uitzicht inderdaad even fenomenaal was als op de foto’s, zowel in de tuin als in het huis. We hebben erg genoten van het huis en de fantastische tuin in etages, die bovendien perfect is omheind, waardoor we onze 2 hondjes zorgeloos konden loslaten. Jon Gisle en Marie-Laure waren erg behulpzaam en reageerden altijd heel snel, vriendelijk en begripvol. Speciale vermelding ook voor Edcel, die klaar stond met advies om wijnvlekken te verwijderen, na een dom ongelukje 🙏🏼. Ook op zondag schoten Jon Gisle, Marie-Laure en Edcel in actie om een probleempje met de zwembadpomp op te lossen. Wij komen terug 🙂!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la petite maison de pêcheur de Guillaume à Cagnes ! La maison est très mignonne, située à proximité de nombreux commerces et restaurants, tout en restant isolée et au calme. La mer est à quelques minutes de marche, et nous avons profité à plusieurs reprises du remblai paisible le matin. Toutes les magnifiques villes aux alentours de Nice et Cannes sont facilement accessibles en voiture, en bus ou en train depuis la maison. Guillaume et sa femme étaient particulièrement accueillants et nous ont donné beaucoup de très bon conseils lors de notre séjour. Je recommande vivement cet Airbnb, et nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

What an amazing stay with Pascale & Franck! The place is super child friendly with lots of toys and games and the flat is really private with lots of space. The kitchen has everything you could need and Pascale even left us a few little treats in the fridge on arrival. There is a little bakery 5mins walk from the door and there is a big Carrefore about 5mins drive away so really convenient. Cannes, Antibes, Nice, Mougins etc are all really accessible too.

We and the whole family had a good time. The house was spacious, appropriate for small children. The swimming pool was great for the children. The surrounding area has many places for walks and views. The host was kind.

We had a fantastic time in this stunning apartment in the heart of beautiful Cannes. Daryl was an exceptional and engaging host and we had a wonderful stay. It is situated only 3 minute walk to la Croisette and la Rue d’Antibes which was perfect for us. Thank you so much, and we look forward to coming back soon !

Spacious and light apartment Everything we needed was available. The apartment is just in the right location - close to the airport and with just 15-20 minutes walk to the old town and close to supermarkets and restaurants. Yet peaceful and quiet. A nice view to the beach and sea - from the balcony where we enjoyed our meals frequently. For us it was a perfect apartment for a 2 week holiday - where our daughter came to visit us for a long weekend.

Jasmines place was inviting and the instructions on how to get there were spot on. The view from the balcony was beautiful overlooking the water to the right and stunning buildings to the left. Felt at home as soon as we arrived and everything looked just like the photos. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit villefranche-sur-mer especially if you want something that's private but still close to everything you need. Loved it here.

Ho soggiornato nell’appartamento di Nicolas e mi sono trovata davvero molto bene. La zona è tranquilla e ben servita, e in soli 10 minuti a piedi si arriva comodamente alla Croisette. Perfect flat for my Festival stay. Kitchen fully stocked. Nice bathroom and shower. Comfortable bed. Room to spread my travel belongings. Would definitely stay here again.

Jean-Yves is een zeer warme en vriendelijke eigenaar die heel snel reageert. Bij aankomst was het appartement heel proper en biedt een adembenemend zicht op zee. Veel lichtinval, voldoende opbergruimte, volledig ingerichte keuken, voldoende kookmateriaal. De slaapkamers en badkamers waren ook heel proper. Opgemaakte bedden en handdoeken waren voorzien. Veilige parkeerplaats voor de wagen. Het appartement ligt op wandelafstand van het centrum, maar biedt tegelijk rust. We hebben enorm genoten van onze vakantie en willen Jean-Yves van harte danken voor het warme onthaal en zijn beschikbaarheid. We komen zeker terug!

I had a fantastic 3-week stay at Renaud’s place. The apartment was clean, with a functional kitchen and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the nearby bus station (for Bus A and Bus 9) made getting around very convenient. Renaud was always prompt and helpful when I had questions—highly recommended!

Nous avons beaucoup appréciés ce bel appartement spacieux, très propre et bien équipé avec en plus une grande terrasse, ensoleillée le matin. Isabelle et Alain sont des hôtes très accueillants et disponibles. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et y reviendrons certainement aux beaux jours pour explorer un peu plus cette belle région.
