Perfect stay! Super cozy and very well located, close to everything. Very polite and attentive hosts. I went for a weekend and I have no complaints. Everything was perfect during the stay, you can stay without fear, it is identical to the advertisement, everything exactly as described. Highly recommended!!! When I return to BH I will look for this house again!!!

Our stay at Antônio and Patrícia's place was simply wonderful! The house is impeccable, with an amazing pool and a gourmet area perfect for leisure time. The landscaping is breathtaking, and the lights at night create a magical environment. The view of the autumn sunset is wonderful. The house has two floors, with all the excellent rooms at the top, equipped with high quality TV, lockers, bedding and bathrooms. The kitchen is complete and very well-equipped, making our stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable. The hosts were extremely attentive and helpful, always available for any need. The service and support throughout the weekend was exceptional, ensuring that our experience was perfect. I strongly recommend this accommodation for those looking for a memorable experience. Do not hesitate to close deal with them!

Very nice, spacious and comfortable house! Great and safe residential neighborhood, it is not so commercial, but we were already aware and brought things for daily food. The host was very helpful, answering questions and demands quickly by cell phone. For those who are not from Belo Horizonte and do not know, a valid tip is: Drogaria Araújo, near the house, is actually a mini market, easy to find products for breakfast or some necessary item that you have forgotten.

I recommend it and I intend to return when I return to BH. Quiet house and pleasant home environment.

I had an excellent two-month stay at Luiza's place, from December 2024 to February 2025. The home is very cozy with everything I needed for a long-term stay, including a full kitchen and laundry area. Santa Tereza is a fantastic neighbourhood with lots to do. This home is very special because you're so close to lots of great places, but you don't get too much noise as it's located on a very calm street. I definitely recommend staying here if you're planning to be in Belo Horizonte!

We returned to Liz's apartment at Carnival and once again it was an impeccable experience. Since the time of arrival, we have been greeted with the same kindness and attention as ever. The apartment remains extremely comfortable, well decorated and impeccably clean, providing a worry-free stay. The terrace remains the highlight – we spend great moments enjoying the view of the city, especially at sunset. The location also greatly facilitates travel, making the stay even more practical. Liz is an exceptional host, always available and careful with every detail. I recommend this Airbnb without hesitation and will undoubtedly return for future visits to Belo Horizonte!

The Thiago apartment is amazing! Great location, in the heart of the beautiful Savassi district, with great bars, restaurants and the Praça da Liberdade. The apartment was very clean, bed linens and smells. The kitchen is complete and the condominium also has a swimming pool, laundry, parking and grocery store. Super recommend ! Thiago was a great host.

Within this price range, I have no doubt that this apartment is the best that BH has to offer. Extremely spacious, beautiful, it has everything you need, a top barbecue and even a garage space if you need it. Not to mention that a D. Claudine, owner, and D. Lucia, who helps with cleaning, is very friendly and helpful. You can stay here without worries, you'll love the place!

Upon arriving at the apartment, I was pleasantly surprised to find everything exactly as shown in the photos — and even better. The place had everything I needed, and then some.
