Very nice house a few meters from the sea, everything is within walking distance, perfect for a weekend with friends

This is the second time we've come back to Catherine's house. It is ideal for beautiful walks along the beach and a short walk to the center of Larmor. The bedding is of quality and everything is there for a pleasant stay. This time, we were able to enjoy the unoverlooked terrace with sunshine. We will come back without hesitation.

We had a lovely Easter weekend at Catherine's house. Catherine is very responsive and available if you need anything. The house is surrounded by trees and small birds singing, it's very nice.

Great 3-night weekend for 4 couples of friends...in this adorable house with Breton charm and family atmosphere. Everything is perfectly suited, welcoming and comfortable... You feel at home... The location is perfect combining tranquility and various proximitys ( seaside, bakery, restaurants...) Magical place of well-being, conducive to spending warm moments with friends.... Communication with Amaury and Aurore or with Élise who manages the rental is perfect, friendly, caring .... Recommended without hesitation

Very functional, clean, well-equipped and ideally located accommodation between the port, the beach and a very pleasant coastal path. Excellent for kids and morning jogging! Very good communication with Xavier who was very responsive. We would recommend it in a second!

We booked Jean-Michel's house for a family holiday. This was for 14 people and across 3 generations. The house met all our requirements and expectations perfectly. The swimming pool and outdoor areas were great, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Jean-Michel was a super host, being responsive to a number of questions about bedroom set up. It was good to have Priscilla there on arrival to answer any questions. The town of Etel was a nice peaceful place, from which you are able to explore the local area. It would have been useful to have a floor plan showing the house / bedroom layout but that is being picky. We would highly recommend both property and Jean-Michel as a host to anyone else.

Cozy accommodation, perfect for our 2 families ( 2 moms and 3 children) the outside and the swimming pool are a great plus:) close to beautiful beaches, shops and play area nearby. Lannick is a responsive and friendly host! The tv didn't work when we arrived (in the middle of the Olympics), barely warned, he fixed the problem in a few minutes! Thanks again, we would recommend this home!

Constance and Hugues were very responsive to a last minute booking. Their house is amazing, warm and very pleasant to stay in. We had a great week. The bedding is impeccable; which contributes to a relaxing holiday! Surprising because in a ZA, but very quiet and easy to access and at the crossroads of La Trinité, Carnac, Auray and bike paths just behind the house. A place as described, quiet and rural but also close to the sought-after sites. Marie Pierre welcomed us very warmly, she remained available and friendly. We had a lovely stay and recommend her place.

The house is just beautiful and very well located, a few minutes by bike or car from the beaches (the closest being Sainte Barbe beach). For cycling enthusiasts, many greenways are nearby. Ideal house for long stays, with large garden, not overlooked. Thanks to Jérôme and Morgane.

A really lovely beachhouse. We had a great time! It takes 10 min to get to the beach by foot. We also went to Quiberon and Auray by bike. I am sure we will come back! The hosts are really nice and helped us with all our questions.

We spent 2 nights at Peggy's place. Very good communication. Peggy is very responsive and issues all the necessary instructions. The place was spotless, very clean, functional and warm. Very good location, just minutes away from menhirs, carnac center, beaches and shops. Thanks Peggy and Yannick.

Quick and easy correspondence with Marin. Matches description, recent, in good condition and very clean. Perfect for 6 people, including with children (2 in our case). Perfect location to visit the island. Large private parking area, very useful for us as we were by car. We will go back without hesitation. François
