Villa vacation rentals in Belize District

Nellie’s staff were so quick to respond to my questions through the app. They picked us up at the airport and brought us right there, showed us around and were available at all times. We had a couple ants in the bathroom and they came right over with spray which got rid of them! We stayed about a week and loved how close it was to all restaurants. Swimming off the pier was fun and we saw wildlife! It’s very quiet at pool and in unit despite being so close to all the action! The grounds are beautiful with all of the foliage. Pool was a nice temp. Security was there all night every night and was also very helpful! If you need something just ask! A+ to all who work for Nellie! We hope to return next year! I celebrated my 40th birthday with a 4-night stay at M&B's' Paradise Cove rental, San Pedro. It was a 5 bedroom/4 bathroom home with GREAT beds/linens, lots of sunlight, wood floors, and soaring ceilings. The M &B community is a single road lined with rental homes. They are a part of Marriott's Homes and Villas. Because I booked through Air BNB I did not get Marriott Bonvoy points for this stay. Paradise Cove is about 15 minutes from the Belize Express ferry dock, by golf cart, the primary means of transport in San Pedro. Our home did not have a private pool, but was a few steps away from the community store, pool, bar, and restaurant. There is an expectation that you purchase food and drinks while at the pool. Overall the concierge services made the trip. They provided needed information prior to arrival and during our stay including taxi services, golf cart vendors, excursions, and restaurant recommendations. We used all of their referrals and were pleased with each of them.

Loved our stay here. Convenient location, groceries and restaurants very close. Unit was very nice, with AC and fans in both living room and bedroom. Full size fridge with freezer that included multiple ice trays, so nice cold drinks! Lots of towels, as well as beach towels, provided. Lovely pool. Right next to ocean, you could snorkel right off their dock and see fish, as well as at Palapa Bar dock next door. Management even provided free transportation to and from on arrival and departure - so nice! Would definitely recommend Paradise Villas.

This place was a great opportunity to experience Belize from a local perspective. We came during Easter, which was a very lively party. During and especially after the festivities, Claudia‘s place felt like a home and refuge away from home. It was a beautiful space and super convenient. We were very impressed from our arrival to our departure. We will definitely be keeping this place at the top of our list for our next Belizean excursion!

A blissful week in paradise! I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay in Belize and Simon, the property manager. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We had an issue with one of the AC units one evening, and Simon had someone there within an hour to handle it. I even forgot our stroller when we left for the airport, and Simon arranged a taxi to deliver it to us. I wish I could give him ten stars for being such a great host! We had three families staying at the house, ages 1 to 85, and everyone was happy. The villa was clean, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, and beds. In summary, the unforgettable stay at your Airbnb made our week in Belize extraordinary. We are already daydreaming about our next visit and wouldn't hesitate to recommend your property to anyone seeking a getaway!!

Very nice refuge, beautifully designed, many folks return for years and are friendly. It is on the bulkhead beachfront with the pedestrian only walkway in front for easy 100 yard access to restaurants, bars, piers and boats. But by design the compound is offset from any noise and looks out at the sea and sunrise thru mature palms, making it removed and super peaceful. Security guards 24/7 although not nesc it comforting and they are helpful is all ways. We could chill at the pool, watch the palms sway and the clear water behind, as folks who felt a good vibe would stop and soak it on the walkway beyond the gate and shrubbery.

Amelia’s place was great! Had the good weather stuck around would have been even better, but that doesn’t reflect on the property. Thankfully we had a great house to stay in because of the weather. Loved hanging out in the hammocks and walking on the pier and checking out the sea creatures. There was a lil juvenile local crocodile hanging around out by the pier we got to see a couple times. Couldn’t get a good picture though because he wants nothing to do with people. All in all it was great stay and visit. rooms are big and spacious. A.C worked great. We had two boys, 5 and 8 and me and my wife. It was perfect. Would stay again.

The place was really nice for two people- the steps for the upstairs section were leaning towards you, which made it scary to go up.

This place is really nice and the view from the home is fantastic. Scott is always responsive to any inquiries. This is out second time staying at Tres Banderas and we will check availability here first on our next trip to San Pedro.

Absolutely outstanding! With great reviews and high ratings, the Rainbow Villa lives up to it’s excellent reputation. Communication with Gin and the staff was excellent. The place was clean and more than sufficient for the seven members of my family. If we had any issues Sergy responded quickly to take care of them. We also we’re connected with Karen the concierge who assisted us with any tours or transportation that we needed. The location is excellent, with great restaurants, night clubs and beaches nearby. Not far from town or the local markets. I highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay again.

Our group of 6 women had a wonderful time! The house has a great floor plan so we didn't feel that we were on top of each other. Everyone had their own bathrooms. We met regularly in the living area to convene before our day trips. The girls loved the rooftop bar and spent many nights there looking at the scenery. The quick boat trips were easy and if we needed to make a quick trip off the boat schedule, Deano was there for us. We also made several trips to the hotel pool to hang out, float and enjoy the scenery. We ate regularly at the Coconut Cafe that was a short walk. Since 3 of us had been to Belize before, they knew San Pedro so we spent a lot of time going back and forth for restaurants, shopping and excursions. I'd definitely book this house again! It was perfect for us!

I worked directly with Marilyn, the property manager. She met us at the airport and stayed with us the whole way to the property. There were a few hiccups with the stove and the hot water but Marilyn sent someone out quickly. Actually there was one person in particular that was practically indispensable to our stay and that was Adrian. That man deserves a raise! Every issue we had he handled personally, to the point that he stayed nearly 2 hours to get our grill going. I mean he was phenomenal. When it came time to clock out Marilyn handled our transportation herself and everything as smoothly as possible. Would definitely stay here again, absolutely NO complaints!

Great spot on the northern side of the island. Worth dealing with crossing the split if you want a little peace and quiet. Great communication and property

Great place to stay with family with kids for a vacation to Belize. The staff were super helpful in booking anything we needed, answering questions. The pool club near by is a great place to hang out, but it is pricey compared to other places on the island. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Abner was our driver and he was so nice with us. Our family enjoyed the house.

Marilyn and Salony took care of our party of 7 women and were amazing! Anything that we wanted or needed was taken care of. Marilyn booked a private snorkel trip to Hol Chan Marine Reserve and Shark Alley and we were picked up on our own dock. Marilyn kept in touch with me for the year that we had booked in advance. She was there for us at the airport on arrival and took the Coconut Cafe Ferry with us to the house to get us settled in. She also made sure we got back to the airport with our luggage upon return. We had rented a golf cart, although its not 100% necessary since the Ferry comes directly to San Pedro and much is walkable. She can arrange cabs or give you the phone number of a trusted driver. Coconut Cafe is walkable to the Villa, but be sure not to miss Akasha, which is at Anuna Resort on the same island. If you reserve, they will pick you up by boat and bring you back at no charge. The Villa had everything we needed and we enjoyed having a private pool. Would Recommend!

This was a great stay for our family of 6. Beds were comfortable. AC worked well as did the wifi. Loved the dock and pool and palapa hangout oh, and hammock. Out of the busy town area, private, and relaxing to watch sunrises and sunsets.

Our stay in San Pedro was amazing! The house was beautiful—tastefully decorated, very clean, and incredibly spacious. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies and card games to plenty of towels for our beach outings. While the fourth room is a smaller “casita” that’s not attached to the main living space, all the rooms were still very comfortable and roomy. The patio area was a peaceful retreat and the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Milky was super responsive and easily reachable if we had any questions. We’d definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

Our family of 11 enjoyed our stay. It was a great sized house to accommodate our large group. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The only negative was that the mosquitos at dusk can be quite aggressive so bring bug spray.

The whole team at Crown Property Mgmt (CPM) was great! They were very responsive and helpful. Especially with helping plan all of our excursions! We were picked at at the house for all 3 of excursions we did. The house was great as well. Very private and quiet. It is a ways out of town so you will definitely need a golf cart for the duration of your stay. We HIGHLY recommend La Perla Azul and CPM.

I recently stayed at the backroads sunset. it's a massive house in San Pedro, and it was an incredible experience! The property easily accommodates 10 adults, making it perfect for large groups. The owner was very responsive, which made the booking process smooth and hassle-free. The location is fantastic, just a 15-minute golf cart ride from all the restaurants and activities. One of the highlights of our stay was the indoor pool, which provided a fun and relaxing atmosphere for everyone. Additionally, the pool club is just a 2-minute walk away, where we enjoyed dipping in the pool and ordering food and drinks. Each room is equipped with a TV, which was a nice touch, although the furniture quality was just okay. Despite that, the overall comfort and space of the house made up for it. I can confidently say that when I return to San Pedro, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Also, a shoutout to Rocky Taxi Service, which was a great help.

We stayed here twice during our visit to Belize and found it to be wonderful both times. Laura is an excellent host. We loved the extra touch of the handwritten note and the delicious coconut bread. We easily walked for coffee and dinner and even enjoyed the picturesque pool. Would happily recommend this stay!

Our AIRBNB stat was AMAZING! The is bigger than it looks on the pictures. Each room had its own air conditioning and it was stocked with everything we needed. They even arranged for a chef and massages for us. This was better than staying at a hotel! We will be back.

We stayed at this Airbnb for the entire duration of our trip to San Pedro. The team communicated well, helped us booked transportation, and offered great services! The onsite concierge was also extremely convenient and helpful. The house itself was absolutely stunning with a private pool and luxury furnishing. Our 5 people group had an amazing stay at this place. Would recommend it for any big groups!
