We had a great weekend with friends at Roz's. The house is very beautiful, clean, spacious. Everything is provided (bed linen, towels, etc.). Small touches were waiting for us, it's a plus that we really appreciated. The many activities available on site occupied us well, we did not leave the weekend house: pool, jacuzzi, billiards, ping pong, darts, etc. Small dedication to Bob who welcomed us very warmly!

We had a great time in this accommodation, we will probably come back! The jacuzzi is really great and allows for an optimal relaxing break in a very quiet green setting.

The house is simply beautiful and completely suitable for hosting a large family or a nice tribe. Impeccable kitchen, it has everything. The rooms are spacious and bright, the dormitories were a hit with the teens and the outdoor spaces (swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi) won everyone over! Yvan was a great help with tips and good spots to visit. I recommend this house 1000%!!

Perfect apartment for 1 family with 2 children or 3 adults We really felt at home, everything was there. Beautiful visually independent terrace with the hot tub. The person dedicated to check-in/checkout is responsive and very friendly. If the opportunity arises, I will take it back immediately Don't hesitate!!!

During our stay he was very discreet although always available to our requests. If you are looking for a very clean, quiet and pleasant resort, close to the sea and the center of Royan. The house met our expectations, we were able to enjoy our stay in my favorite region thanks to quality hospitality. At Regine's, everything is there and even more. A small exterior overlooking the forest with the birds waking up. We ate outside every day in peace. We'll be happy to go back.

We were delighted with this house, each room of which is made to welcome us with all amenities. The highlight of this gem...well the highlights! ..the bedroom and playroom for the kids just magical, the little hut, the games provided, the terrace and its XXL table, the fully equipped kitchen for maximum conviviality. We almost want to keep this gem a secret! It feels good and it was unanimous. La Valentine is one of the best family Airbnb experiences for me!

We had a great time, the pool is worthy of a 4-star rating, green and peaceful property. Everything is in place to have a relaxing vacation and disconnect.
