Great responsive hosts.Clean bright and airy unit with great outlook.Very quite.Perhaps a few more steps up to unit than expected but the outlook compensated for this slight inconvenience.Walk to beach and club and only short drive up the hill to excellent pub.

Absolutely stunning home in an equally stunning location. Pretty much everything we needed to walk right in and enjoy. Grabbed groceries on the way and the kitchen was really well fitted out with everything we needed to get cooking. Comfy beds and everything was clean. Pity we couldn’t stay longer. Highly recommend

Seatons is a “experience”! Gorgeous views, high end appliances and linen, tastefully presented in a “ home beautiful “ package! Gabi was so welcoming and warm in her interactions which made us feel more like friends than tenants. Highly recommend the “ Wharf” as an eatery. Fabulous food!

Seatons was beautiful!!!! The view was stunning, the house was luxurious and gorgeous. Great quality inclusions and lots of things to feel at home (board games, outdoor games, outdoor blankets, binoculars) and excellent EV charging option.

Fabulous house, immaculately presented with amazing views and awesome facilities. Centrally located within minutes reach of the main strip of Merimbula made everything we needed very accessible.

Perfect house in a great location, easy to get to shops with a short drive and a beautiful walk if you’re that way inclined. EV charger made life even easier and Butterfield were responsive and reliable hosts.

We had a wonderful stay. House was at a great location. Fantastic views, and a wonderful atmosphere. All essentials were provided. The place was extremely clean and tidy. Perfect for any family holiday, especially with 2 separate living areas. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.
