Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Bedfordshire

The Pheasantry was absolutely the perfect place for us to stay. We loved the hosts especially, along with the beautiful space. We felt instantly right at home and loved the peaceful garden. The neighborhood was a great place to walk around and explore and we loved the trail skirting along The River Nene, where we found plenty of swans and beautiful scenery. It was also a good spot to drive from to reach many other locations that we visited. Couldn't say enough about the place and the wonderful hosts!

I had a wonderful stay. I was born and bred in Ampthill and I needed a place to stay so that I could visit my family. This was absolutely perfect and Mark and Nicole were wonderful hosts. I was made to feel very welcome, and having Mark and Nicole living right next door was very helpful. It was very nice to get to know them and they were always willing to help if I needed anything. (Which I didn’t because they had already thought of EVERYTHING). The house is beautiful and extremely comfortable. The house is in a perfect location, short walking distance away from the town, but far enough away from being in the hustle and bustle of the busy town centre. I would absolutely like to stay here again the next time I visit my family.

We stayed at Diako's place, after going to the Warner Bros studio for the Harry Potter tour. The kids absolutely lost their minds when entering the house. The house is put together with such great detail and care, resulting in a 'magical' experience. Despite very intricate decorations and adornments, every surface and corner was spotlessly clean 👌

very well equipped kitchen and diner, great to relax after busy days with family and particularly the grandchildren 😱

The cottage is very comfortable with all the amenities that we needed for our stay. Lovely enclosed garden for our Retriever & lots of walks around the area. We were only on a stopover visit but we would like to stay longer in the future. Mike & Sue are excellent hosts

A real sanctuary providing the escape from our currently chaotic life.

We had a glorious stay at the barn. It’s so beautifully decorated and Nicola has thought of everything. Local food recommendations and trips, all the things you need to keep the place tidy for your stay, blankets etc. All the things that you wish you had when you’re away from home. Nicola was very friendly and welcoming, check out was very easy and convenient. Would definitely stay again, very impressed 😊

Rachel extremely friendly and responsive place located in village center with country walks on the doorstep nice award winning oub opposite. private parking completely tranquil plan to come back next time we're in the area

Amazing London flat! BEST check in (with John) we’ve ever had at Airbnbs- he is amazing & u will want him to stay & socialize after he aptly explains home features & mini instructions! Public transit is close & walkable from flat which is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood Highly recommend staying here if you want to explore London!

LOVED this peaceful flat in the middle of Nottinghill - felt so cozy, quiet and safe and still just a 5-10 minute walk to plenty of local attractions, restaurants, shops. The apartment was just as pictured, with great amenities too! Would definitely stay again.

This apartment was wonderful. Very clean and quiet!! We enjoyed the quiet street and the lovely neighborhood very much. The apartment was very close to a grocery store, restaurants, and the trains! We were able to check in early which we really appreciated because our cruise ship arrived in a Southampton very early. I definitely want to come back to London and will stay here again. We didn’t drink the free bottle of wine but appreciated the gesture. We actually planned to but by the time we got back to the apartment each night we were full! Thank you Mary Ann and Dal for your hospitality!

Fantastic, stylish and artistic home. The space is peaceful and relaxing. Courtyard is perfect for enjoying a cuppa in the morning air. James even went to the trouble of booking parking for us at a very reasonable price. Great park at the end of the road for dog walks and canal is just over the road for lovely strolls. A range of shops and eateries on the doorstep. One of the most comfortable stays we’ve had.

I really like this airbnb. It is spotless, feels big due to high ceilings and no clutter. Lots Of coffee shops near by (restaurants, pubs, park). Walkable to so much and notting hill gate tube so close makes it easy to get around london. Or for Paddington station for the airport.

The positive reviews are certainly warranted. What a delightful place this is. So comfortable and cozy. The bed was comfortable with nice linens. Bathroom was great, both shower and bathtub, lovely and clean too. It’s hard to explain how special this place is, it’s like it has its own special sauce that other Airbnbs don’t have. I felt safe, welcome and comfortable here with these warm and lovely hosts Derek and Brenda. I travelled all over the place with ease using busses, easy access to tube via busses a few steps away. One very happy and grateful guest here who will most certainly return for future visits to London

Afsoon was a wonderful and attentive host. Easy to communicate with and keen to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The house is immaculate and peaceful - I could lie in bed and listen to the birds first thing. She offered to cook us dinner, for very reasonable price, which was a delicious Persian 3 course meal. We stayed here as we had to be at Dorney lake early. Although close to the lake, it is a bit of a drive to get to the other side. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay near Canary Wharf! The home itself is beautiful, spacious and clean. The hot tub and sauna are luxurious and a fun treat! Kitchen is fairly well stocked and easy to cook in. A/C worked great. Washer/dryer combo machine is nice to have as well. There is a small market across the street which makes getting groceries super easy. The bus stops right in front of the house for easy transport to Canary Wharf or anywhere in the city. Great transportation connections via DLR as well. Greenwich is an easy walk and a wonderful way to spend a day. All in all a fantastic place to stay! Thanks for making it a great place for our family!

Great value for money. Joy was super responsive and proactive in communicating. The place had lots of space with very comfortable beds. Thoroughly enjoyed our time playing games, cooking and hanging out together.

A stunning cottage set in beautiful surroundings! It was a lovely stay for my partners birthday- very relaxing. We loved the scenery when sitting in the hot tub. Thank you so much Fiona. We will be back!

Julia’s place is spacious, beautiful, clean and an easy commute for us due to the Elizabeth line train station less than 5 mins walk from the house. Julia was responsive for any questions and we will definitely book again when visiting London.
