Frederik's house and family to welcome you for a WE. It is pleasant to live,very well-equipped for adults and children. The garden is a big plus, it is very pleasant and full of small nooks for the happiness of the children.

Martine and Pierre's accommodation is ideal for small families, close to Forget Island for walks with children. Easy access to a park-and-ride lot to get to Nantes by public transit! Martine and Pierre are very welcoming and have nice touches for travelers!

We spent 3 nights in Martin's house. It is nice, cozy and very clean. The weather allowed us to enjoy the outdoor layout from morning to night. We reached Nantes by bus (free on Saturdays) and on Fridays there is a market right across the street from the house. Parking is available nearby. We were 10 adults and had enough space to live comfortably. Note that the bedding is more suitable for 3 couples with children. The beds in the upstairs rooms are suitable for small children. We highly recommend this rental for a stay in Nantes.

Very well located, quiet accommodation as described. Michel was super nice: prepared us a full fridge of drinks and butter as well as fruit and a very tasty homemade cake.

Fabienne is a super host and she deserves this title! We were hosted very well, some nice touches. Every effort is made to make us feel at home. Charming and well-equipped accommodation. Very good beds, we slept very well. We were located 15 minutes from Parc du Puy du Fou and Fabienne gave us some tips for visiting the park. Super convenient accommodation for a stay in Angers, city center very well served (bus and tram) Lidl nearby, fast food (pizza /bakery/kebab) a stone's throw away, quiet clean studio and small nice terrace in good weather. We will definitely return to the beautiful city of Angers and to Philippe's Airbnb if we can.

A real gem in the heart of Angers! This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations: exceptional location, close to everything, in a neighborhood as charming as it is convenient. The apartment is perfectly furnished, impeccably clean, and thought out in every detail to make you feel good from the first few seconds. Nothing is missing: everything is there, functional, aesthetic and comfortable. We feel like hosts have put heart into this place. An ideal parenthesis for the family, which we would have extended. A huge thank you for this gem that we would definitely recommend 200%! Small downside the incivility of some people on the street who can shout at 3am without respecting the sleep of some . But no connection with the apartment which was nice . Thanks again

Very good stay in the apartment, comfortable, smartly furnished. Arrival without problem, with key box if necessary but Christophe is super welcoming and even offered (without me asking) to pick me up and drop me off at Angers station, which made things much easier for me! Small downside, some hair in the shower, the cleaning could have been a little more rigorous, but the apartment is very clean apart from this detail. Please note that for people with limited mobility, the stairs to access the mezzanine (bed, bathroom and shower) are very steep.

We stayed one night with Maryvonne and her husband for a family party in the area. The accommodation was perfect and perfectly matched the description, impeccable bedding and comfortable bed, the accommodation is simple but the small terrace pleasant, and there was everything we needed. Maryvonne and her husband welcomed us warmly. I recommend it without hesitating!

Great stay in Nantes at this place. Friendly and accommodating host for the arrival time, the place was clean and functional. The building is a bit noisy and poorly insulated, however.

My best Airbnb experience!! Annie France is an absolutely adorable host, who was very kind to my very late check-in schedule. The house is beautiful and the space dedicated to tenants is secluded enough from the house to enjoy a space at all. I would recommend it without a second thought!!

Accommodation of a very good value for the money. Super quiet and functional. Its location is really central and allows you to crisscross Angers. Arriving at St Laud station, I reached the apartment easily thanks to the tram. Both Adrien by phone, and Jessica who welcomed me, were very accommodating and attentive. I found my base there to come back for a short stay in this very pleasant city. Thank you.

We had a great night at Adrien's loveroom. A real timeless cocoon inviting relaxation and decompression: very spacious jacuzzi, sauna with integrated music, king size large bed, video projector for a movie session effect... In addition, the accommodation is in the city center and 5 minutes from Angers Castle (very pretty), so it's very easy to visit the city if you feel like it. Adrien is a very responsive host who responds quickly to any questions. We strongly recommend this bnb!
