The Borderie de Beauregard

Large old farmhouse completely renovated in 2020/2021 that can accommodate 10 people. Large living rooms (living room 40 m2, kitchen-dining room 30 m2), 2 master bedrooms with shower rooms, 2 children's/teenager's bedrooms with 3 beds per bedroom and 1 large bathroom. The property is located on a 1000 m2 enclosed plot, itself surrounded by a 7000 m2 wooded plot. Private parking for up to 3 cars. Outdoor pool 4 m by 8 m. Sheets, towels for rent not included.

The collector's cottage

Full of charm and authenticity, it is located at the foot of the castle in a 22 ha private park with 2 ponds, woods, hiking trails, gardens and permaculture vegetable gardens. The cottage is a cocoon with a unique setting. An idyllic location in a wild nature and an estate steeped in history. Accessibility: Access by stairs. Bathroom with bathtub.

"Tokyo" gîte at the Château de la Mulonnière

In Beaulieu-sur-Layon, we welcome you to our refurbished late 19th century gîte. In the heart of the Coteaux du Layon vineyards, 25 minutes' drive from Angers, you will find a suitable place for a bike stop (Loire à Vélo) or to discover the Anjou Noir by strolling through the vineyards or along an old railway adjoining the estate. Decorated it with Japanese furniture following our stay in Tokyo. We speak French, Dutch, English and Spanish.

🏘️Located in a Small City of Character, this architectural complex classified as 'Remarkable' and 'Protected', built between 1545 and 1759 on a rocky spur, is organized around a closed courtyard. This dwelling has many vintage elements, such as its hives, porch, ovens, outdoor staircase, awning... 🚶On foot, you can easily access local shops, sports fields and the Denée pond.

Heaven place near the edge of the Evre

Charming house on the edge of the Evre. Possibility of hiking in the area and kayaking on the river. The town and its shops are very close and you have at your disposal a welcoming pool (shared with the occupants ofthe terraced house) to relax after the day's activities.

In the Land of Ancenis in the Atlantic Loire, our property of 8 ha with a flowery park and a fish pond is located near the major axes (NANTES at 20 minutes, ANCENIS at 10 minutes, CARQUEFOU at 10 minutes , PARC EXPO LA BEAUJOIRE at 15 minutes).
