If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.

Bright and airy, this quiet apartment is suitable for both business and leisure stays. Located in the heart of the Angers, Nantes, Cholet triangle, it is close to the companies Lacroix (Beaupréau) and Thalès (Cholet) on the banks of the Loire (20 minutes) or even Puy du Fou (40 minutes) and 2 km from Cinéville. Refurbished in 2024, the apartment is fully equipped for 1 to 4 people, also available for very short stays (1 night).

A true garden on the river, our house offers breathtaking views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June, July, August, September) we offer an extra room with 4 single beds in the garden level of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years old). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.
