Villa vacation rentals in Beau Champ

We have just returned to the UK after a 14 day vacation in the villa. We had a fantastic holiday the villa is beautiful inside and out. Perhaps our favourite area was the veranda. Its wraps around the villa and has many different seating areas. We spent most evenings out there. Garry is an amazing host he met us at the villa and showed us around also providing great information about Mauritius eating out beaches etc. He kindly allowed us to check out a little later. We ate out at Le Meridian and Revive several times they are local and within walking distance. Friendly staff and excellent food. La Voglia Matto Pizza eat in or takeaway is worth a visit. This is a beautiful property: the house is lovely and convenient, with everything in it, including anything you might need for a baby or a toddler; the garden is definitely a gem. The location is perfect to quickly reach the most beautiful beaches. The host is super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this property.

I’ve been staying at this property on and off for the past four years whenever I visit Mauritius, and I can confidently say — this is one of the best hosts I’ve ever had on Airbnb. The house is always in perfect condition: spotless clean, well-organized, and fully equipped for a long-term stay. The garden is beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere feels calm and cared for. The host is consistently responsive, thoughtful, and reliable. Everything you might need is already there — just unpack and live. If you’re looking not just for a place to stay, but for a place to be, this is it.

We stayed with my parents (four adults and two small children). On arrival (flexible schedule) small touches were waiting for us (appreciable), we discovered a house that matched the description (secure, spacious, clean, with everything necessary for daily life…) in a small quiet street, just a 5-minute walk from the beach. Pleasant pool and possibility to park a car in the yard (even two) Yoshi and his mom are very nice people, we highly recommend their rental!!

We had the best stay at this incredible villa in Mauritius! The garden and pool area were absolutely beautiful—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the tropical surroundings in a private setting. The villa was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and Catherine was extremely welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. I booked this trip as a birthday surprise for my boyfriend and Catherine was incredibly kind and decorated the villa and got us a cake, which made our arrival even more special. Everything was exactly as described, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would highly recommended this Villa!

The place is top. There are three apartments and a kite rental (standup padelling and a boat tour are highly recommended). Nevertheless, we were completely private to ourselves. We had the 3 bedroom villa. Super equipped with lots of equipment. Monday to Friday was even cleaned daily, real luxury. There is an outside shower too. Everything is just like the photos. You live right on the beach. Communication was easy and fast and above all very friendly and helpful. We would have liked to have stayed longer, but everything was already booked.

Everything worked out just fine. Air France screwed up our arrival by choosing a stupidly tight connecting flight. They missed it and put us in a hotel that was more of a dive. As a result, we arrived in Mauritius a day later. I was able to communicate with Olivier without any problems and he immediately made me aware that I could cancel the day on Airbnb. I did it, money back - perfect. Our departure was late and it was no problem for Olivier that we showered again in the house because we used the day for swimming and to check out later. All in all: Mauritius is worth a trip, especially if you want to kite, hike and snorkel like we do. And Olivier is a great place for it.

We had a great time at Azimah and Jeremy's place. Everything was perfect with friendly and very responsive hosts The accommodation, the wonderful garden We'll be happy to go back.

Valène is up there with the best hosts of Airbnb’s. Very responsive, friendly and welcoming. She even arranged for the fridge to be full and an affordable car rent. The place it self is absolutely perfect, especially with small kids. We had a very enjoyable and calm week. Would definitely recommend

A wonderful stay. The villa has spectacular views to the north and the layout for indoor/outdoor relaxation is fantastic. A lovely pool that gets north sun so is warm even in Mauritius 'winters'. Daily cleans from Pooga worked well - I was alone so never availed myself of any of her cooking which I gather is also an option. The place is near 'everything' - the best restaurant in the country is 20 mins away and there are tons of options 5-15 mins away. Groceries are as little as 5 mins away, 12 tops. Nice spa is also only 5 minutes away. Sunsets are glorious every night. Looking forward to another visit!

Our stay at Regine’s and Marina’s place was beyond our expectations! We were pleasantly surprised how good the location of this accommodation is. The house is beautiful and has a private access to the beach with great snorkeling! Marina and Regine provided us all the information that we found very useful and helpful! We cannot recommend this accommodation enough and it was our pleasure to be their guests. If you are planning coming to Mauricius you should definitely consider booking this place, because our experience was perfect!:) Thank you Marina and Regina for everything.

Beautiful home in nature. Rustic and charming. Don't expect everything to be perfect as it's old and tired in places but that adds to the charm.....

We had a great stay at the villa. It looks exactly like the photos, beautiful villa with a private beach access. The host was super responsive and guided us throughout our stay. The location of the villa is huge positive. Great eateries are closeby. Mon Choisy beach is at a walkable distance. We would definitely love to visit again.

The villa is exceptional in a beautiful and quiet setting. Better than the pictures. The sound of the waves is so present and relaxing. Sunset walks are very beautiful. Ideal villa to unwind. Thanks to Telvina, Madou and Anoushka for their hospitality.

We were blown away by the beauty of the villa when we arrived. It is the perfect balance of luxury & home, without feeling like you have invaded someone else's space. The staff were great at keeping the place tip top, and we enjoyed some gorgeous mauritian cuisine prepared. The garden and pool are a stunning place to enjoy the Mauritian sunshine. Whole heartedly recommended!

Pictures don’t justice this place it is really nice and in a gated community so it’s very private and safe too. We had a really nice and smooth stay with all the essentials available at the Villa. Highly recommend this place for families and big groups. Communication with the host was great and they were very prompt with all my queries.

We had a great time at Villa Pampas 2. The house was superb, clean, very well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The garden and pool allow you to fully enjoy your stay as well. A big thank you for hosting Soumila and her little dishes which are a treat. Excellent communication with the owners. We recommend it ++

The house is functionally equipped. The rooms are all very spacious as shown on the pictures. The pool and garden are fantastic. Our requests were responded to immediately and addressed the issues. The location in Flic en Flac is perfect for exploring the whole island.

First of all, I would like to thank our Mohamed who welcomed us like royalty. Thank you for your kindness. Thank you for the water bottles you provided and the milk. Thank you for everything. The Villa was in great condition. The location was great, everything was as I imagined it. I recommend everyone to stay with Mohamed, the best host in the world.

The location is very remote, just as I was looking for. But if you're looking for restaurants and entertainment, there’s none of that here. Life in a small village with local flavor. It takes 25 minutes by car to reach a good beach, and just a 10-minute walk to lie on the sand. A normal supermarket is 30 minutes away by car. You can even grill chicken in the kitchen, and the fridge has enough food for two weeks. Outside the window, there’s a sugarcane plantation with local birds. The grounds feature an immaculate pool. This is exactly what I was looking for - but it’s not for a socialite.

Everything was good. We really enjoyed our time in this house.
