The apartment is located on the third floor of the building and has two bedrooms and a large terrace with ocean views. It has an elevator but will need to go up or down 9 steps. We are between Los Cristianos and Las Americas. We want tourism to come and visit the island and be quiet, so no noise should be made between 11pm and 7am. NO DRUNKEN TOURISM ACCEPTED. NO SMOKING MARIJUANA INSIDE OR ON THE TERRACE

We were very warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable! The view is really great. With a delicious breakfast and a good coffee (Nespresso) on the balcony, the day can't start any better. The place was very clean, lovingly furnished and very thoughtfully equipped - everything you need and more! The beach there can be reached in 5 minutes and good restaurants are even closer. We also got some good tips for the area and a welcome gift. If we should be blown to Tenerife again, we will definitely book here again!🤗

We’ve just returned from a wonderful week at Daniela’s place in Los Cristianos. The house is absolutely lovely—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with modern, high-quality appliances and furniture. The pool was perfect for our family, and the showers were truly amazing—we’re going to miss those! The mattresses were very comfortable, though we did find the lack of supportive pillows a bit challenging for getting a good night’s sleep. There were plenty of scatter cushions, but not enough standard pillows with proper support. We also noticed a visible presence of homeless individuals in the surrounding area, which made us feel slightly uneasy at times. That said, the property is secure with locked gates and security cameras, which added peace of mind. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Daniela’s place to others looking for a stylish and comfortable home base in Los Cristianos.

my host was always at the end of a text if i needed a question answering, he was friendly and so helpful my flight was delayed but he waited patiently until i reached my destination. He showed me to my airbnb and explained everything that needed explaining he was a fantastic host i felt if i needed anything i could just message him and he would help would definitely 100% recommend this airbnb, it was close to everything shops restaurants the beach brilliant 👏 will definitely be recommending this to family and friends
