We had a wonderful stay at Erhan’s place. He and his wife were incredibly kind and welcoming, going out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The apartment was spacious enough and located in a very quiet area, perfect for relaxing. Although the place is a bit tucked away, Erhan supported us in every way to find it easily. Parking was available nearby, and we were even invited to join them for breakfast — a truly generous gesture. It felt like the old days of Airbnb, when it was all about personal connection and hospitality. Highly recommended!

A fabulous stay! Great location walkable to many tourist sights, close to the beautiful promenade. A great choice of coffee shops, restaurants and cafes nearby as well as grocery stores. A fashionable area. A large apartment with 3 separate bedrooms, was very spacious for two of us. Nicely furnished as shown in the photos, with a good dining area and well appointed kitchen. Gokhan responded quickly to any questions and was very accommodating and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay at Yagmur’s place! The apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The sea view from the balcony was absolutely stunning — perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The location was also ideal — peaceful yet close enough to the main attractions and amenities. Yagmur was a helpful and responsive host. Would definitely recommend this lovely spot to anyone visiting the area!

We were satisfied with our stay, the kitchen had all kinds of equipment and immaculate , the house was wider than it looked in the photos. Mr. Devol was in constant communication, and he responded quickly. The location of the house was also very central. It was a stay that I would want to stay again.

Glad we stayed in an apartment in a perfect location. A clean and tidy apartment where all the places that are safe, peaceful and easy to access, which will be our first choice for our next trips to Izmir. Mr. Can, his friendly communication is super solution-oriented, reliable, and a good host. We did not have any problems during our stay. It is a perfect apartment in the heart of Alsancak as shown in perfectly immaculate photos. There are all the equipment and items that will be needed in the apartment. If you are thinking of Izmir, I would definitely stay in this apartment. The places and restaurants are at your fingertips two blocks away. Thank you Mr. Can. Hope to see you in our next stay.🙂

We spent two nights in Izmir and felt very comfortable in Demet's apartment. We would also book the apartment again for a longer stay. It is very centrally located near the cultural park in a small quiet side street. The apartment was sparkling clean and very tidy. We also found the check-in very pleasant via a key box. We will be happy to come back!

Mr. Serkan's communication was quite good. The house was clean and tidy. It was very enjoyable to sit on the balcony. It was a great benefit that it was in a quiet place. A house in the best location in Izmir, Transportation facilities, cafes, restaurants, etc. A place close to everywhere you need. It was impeccably clean and tidy. The host was also very helpful with hours and transportation. Her cat named Yellow is very docile, shabby and fat.

Ozgun is a great host, the street where the place is located is good to buy, it is the best neighborhood to experience the real Izmir local life.Walk 5-8 minutes to the sea.Surrounded by a lot of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, very convenient.Had a wonderful week here.Thank you so much Ozgun for helping with the unexpected and make yourself at home!

We had a great stay at Villa Monda! Our host, Ms. Ayşe, was extremely friendly, kind and extremely respectful of our privacy. The house was incredibly clean and every detail was considered. The fact that the kitchen was fully equipped and each room had clean sheets, pillows and blankets made for a very comfortable stay. Although it was cool outside at the end of October nights, we did not have any heating problems thanks to the air conditioners in the rooms. Thank you to Ms. Ayşe and for offering such a pleasant house. When I come back to Izmir, it will be my first choice in the area!

Thanks to our caring wonderful hosts, we had a very comfortable and peaceful stay. Cleanliness was great. Since it is centrally located, our access to the city center and Urla was very comfortable. It was a quiet place to rest. Thank you for everything, we left happy as if we were staying with our family. When we come back to this area, we'll stay again without a second thought.

brother Ismail met us with a lot of gulery. Although he lived on the lower floor of the house, we seemed to be staying in a separate house. It is a more beautiful house than the photos. We did not have any problems with parking your car in the house. We felt like we were in our own home. The garden and balcony provided us with a peaceful stay. Thank you for everything. It was an airbnb I would come back to.
