The Kostnerhof is a very nicely renovated farmhouse. We used the outdoor oven, sauna, swimming pond and bathing barrel extensively. The rooms and kitchen are beautifully furnished. The view is fabulous. The hosts are very friendly and uncomplicated. We had a wonderful, relaxing week.

Great location, very quiet environment with lots of nature around, the charm of the cottage/accommodation is a dream, the check-in went smoothly and quickly. We were traveling by motorcycle and for us it was simply a dream, on roads and activities from the accommodation. Very nice host, she took the time to give us information. We would be happy to book it again and again. 😊🙋🏼‍♀️

We were there as a family with two children and a dog, the host was very friendly, everything was clean and the restaurant next door was also delicious. In the area there were many opportunities to walk and a special recommendation is the wild garden near Furth in the forest.

Beautiful romantic place. If you're looking for something in the woods, by the water, this is absolutely perfect. The house is really big, comfortable, well-equipped. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. BBQ grill ready on the deck, overlooking the water from the bedrooms. Very helpful host. We loved it here and would definitely recommend.

We've been there for the second time now because the house is just magical. It is sparkling clean and equipped with all you need. We enjoy the tranquility and the area and above all the good air, here you can fully switch off from everyday life. Hatice is always totally friendly and super straightforward. Her in-laws live next door. Super people who are always available and help right away if you need something. Couldn't be better. Gladly come again!

Great for families - we enjoyed our stay a lot

It was a wonderful, cozy stay at Neidlingerberg. We thank you for a cozy home, a bit like back at grandma's - really great! Especially the tiled stove in the cozy room made all the difference. We had a wonderful host in a quiet, beautiful setting. Thank you, dear Hans!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is very cozy, but modern. We especially loved the automatic pellet stove, which provided comfort in the morning and evening. The landlord responded immediately and very friendly to a request. We will definitely be back! Family B.

Everything was great. Stephan's parents were extremely accommodating and there was nothing missing. For tall people, however, there is something to consider. Duck at the doors :-). It's an old farmhouse and people used to be smaller. The ceiling height is great. But you can tell from my comment that everything was great, because if the door height is already mentioned and nothing else, it can only have been good :-)

The space is really very special. Communication with the host was great. We just had some trouble getting there, as the listing address doesn't match the one in Airbnb. We then found out via Google maps. Otherwise, everything was really great!

The accommodation was perfect for exploring the city of Passau on foot with the kids. All in all, the place is very nice and well decorated. Defects are resolved immediately, which makes the landlord very trustworthy. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the holiday very much.

Barbara and Günther's little paradise was the perfect place for our relaxation! The very friendly homeowners welcomed us warmly, so we immediately felt at home. The cottage is located on the edge of the forest, which offers a wonderful opportunity to wind down. The equipment fully corresponds to the pictures; the house is very clean and comfortably furnished. Kids can find toys and a swing in the barn. This was one of our best experiences: David and his family are wonderful hosts—always attentive, generous, and welcoming. The apartment is cozy, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We can wholeheartedly recommend it. We came to explore the Bohemian region and to trace some family roots, and David and his family were incredibly helpful throughout. His guidance and recommendations were invaluable and spot-on. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Thomas was already expecting us and explained everything to us and gave us a very friendly welcome. The apartment is impressive, beautiful and very cozy. The weather was not ideal, but in the house it was always comfortably warm, the Swedish stove was even prepared for us. Thomas had a lot of tips for us, even a map with dog walks.
