Vacation rentals with a pool in Bayamón

Let’s just say we paid an greattt price for this airbnb… it was 3 different units but we were still all together each had its own bathroom & kitchen ❤️we were able to access each other rooms and we all shared the pool . Easy to communicate with , whatever I needed he responded an made sure I had it. Clean , wifi , cozy , stove !! It was 9 of us & we loved it hereee thanks Marcc

Terrence’s listing was beautiful clean and welcoming. I had an amazing time. The pool was fun. The house was beautiful. Felt right at home would recommend 10 out of 10.

The house had every amenity as promised plus some nice surprises like laundry detergent (I could have packed fewer clothes and just washed) some condiments and spices for cooking, etc. Make sure you understand how to cook on an induction cooktop (we had to find and read the instructions). The pool area is very quiet, and the water was WARM! Great experience. I would definitely go back!

Wonderful place to stay.

Better than the pictures and descriptions! This home was perfect for our group of 10—we were celebrating a couple of birthdays and had a mix of guests in their 20s and 30s. Everyone found something to enjoy here. The house is spacious, thoughtfully designed, and had plenty of areas for both socializing and relaxing. We chose this spot as a base to explore Puerto Rico and experience the nightlife. It’s about 18 minutes from most nightlife hotspots and conveniently close to major highways, which made day trips around the island super easy. The property felt very private and safe. Just a heads-up: the home has an open-to-nature concept, which adds to the charm, but be sure to close the bedroom and hallway doors and avoid leaving trash out—otherwise, you might attract some curious animals. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Great place! Had a bachelorette the house was perfect for it. There were 2 apartments and a big house. Clean and very pretty. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I stayed at Steven’s unit for 7 nights. It is a unit in a gated condo building. The building is located in a very tourist-friendly area of Carolina, walkable to the beach and to some good restaurants. It’s also central for exploring some major locations (Old San Juan, El Yunque, etc.) The price for our stay was very reasonable considering this building is directly adjacent to some high end hotels that charge $250+ a night. When we arrived on the first day, the power was out for a few hours. Steven was very communicative and sent us relevant updates regarding power restoration. Check-in was simple, and we were able to park our rental car right outside the building (and behind the gate) for free, which was so convenient. The building has a laundry room in the basement that we also used - it was $2.50 per wash/dry. The unit was clean, comfortable, and convenient. I really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Carolina!

Very nice location with the ocean breeze right outside the window. Walkable distance tot he beach and conditions of the apartment is great. There are some power outages here and there but that’s part of being in Puerto Rico, can use that time to go to the beach or simply enjoy the ocean breeze and unwind from technology. Will come and stay again.

I enjoyed staying at Jose’s place. The beach was literally right behind the condo. The front desk man was very welcoming and friendly. Lots of places to eat by the condo, the clubs were less than five minutes away. I would definitely recommend booking !

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The pictures were good but the apartment looks better in person than in the pictures. Zenen and Wanda were very responsive and easy to get ahold of! We had a minor issue with the ac(ended up just being that the batteries in the ac remote needed to be changed) we contacted them and they fixed the issue within the hour! We appreciated how fast they responded to us. You can tell they actually care. Aquátika also is a lovely place. The landscaping & the pool areas were beautiful and clean. Aquatika also has 24/7 security & is gated so we felt extra safe! I definitely would recommend staying booking with Zenen and Wanda.

Josem was an amazing host from start to finish. The location was great, the room was spotless. The pool was amazing as well. High recommend and will definitely be staying here again.

This was the first time staying at an Airbnb, and it was well worth it. The location was great, the apartment looked just like the pictures, and Margarita was very attentive, helpful, and responsive to our needs. I am very pleased with our stay at this beautiful apartment.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The pictures and description matched the listing perfectly—everything was clean, stylish, and just as advertised. Communication with the host was excellent from beginning to end; he was incredibly attentive, always quick to respond, and very flexible with check-in time, which I truly appreciated. The balcony was a highlight—way more spacious than expected! I already miss sipping my morning coffee out there while enjoying the ocean view and fresh breeze. Having included parking was a huge convenience, especially in Condado where street parking is tough to find. The apartment felt very welcoming and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Plus, the location is ideal—just steps from the beach, Walgreens, and tons of great restaurants and cafes. I felt safe, relaxed, and well taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!
