Excellent accommodation. Beautiful garden. Very cozy and felt right at home thanks to the coffee and chocolate provided. Special surprise: Even water in the fridge. Parking available and super easy check-in and check-out.

We had a great time. Prichsenberg was a surprise for us. A fantastic stopover on the way to Verona! We would have liked to stay longer:)

We felt very comfortable, everything was exactly as described – clean, very cozy, surrounded by greenery. Perfect for a 2-day break. We would come back. Can only recommend it.

Everything as I had paid for it: small, cute and everything you need,even sharp knives and also finished firewood for the oven and barbecue area. It was still too cold for bathing

The Spessarthütte is a beautiful, loving retreat to relax and regenerate. Very lovingly furnished, equipped with everything to feel comfortable from the first moment. Everything you could need is there. You can easily arrive, have a contact person at any time if you have any questions or requests. I enjoyed my stay at Martina's guest house in Kohlberg. I enjoyed how large the guest house is. Plenty of room to move around and spread out. It was very quiet and peaceful in the area. The Wi-Fi provided is very good and the guest house provides many amenities. The bed is also very big and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone in the area who enjoys peace, quiet, and comfort. HOST: Martina was very helpful. I had an issue where the key to the door broke from the inside as i turned to unlock it. I was locked inside and was worried i would be late to work. Martina came to the rescue and assisted with carrying a very large ladder to assist me to come down from the second floor as they fixed the lock while i was at work. I appreciate the rapid response and assistance so early in the morning and in the cold! Thank you! **TO NOTE: Parking is available, but i did park on the street for my stay as there are no dedicated spots for guests**

Absolutely recommended for a little time in the countryside. The garden was beautifully designed and also the circus wagon super cozy. We felt right at home. We particularly enjoyed being able to sit by the campfire in the evening. We will be happy to come back!

The place was exactly as described. Check-in was super easy and straightforward thanks to Heiko's precise description. The cottage was modernly decorated and very well maintained. Everything was sparkling clean and the basic equipment was available as described. Bamberg Old Town and the train station are easily accessible on foot or by bus. I had a great stay. I would book with Heiko again anytime and can highly recommend the tiny house.

Hello was so responsive whenever we need to figure out getting there, checking in. he was very friendly when we arrived. gave us recommendations on what was local. very easy to talk to. The place to stay was really cute and simple! My husband and I stayed for a weekend. And everything was set up nicely. The bathroom was nice the hot water was good in the shower. All the cooking utensils were readily available anything that you would need. They had a heater when it was cold. They have a little speaker for you to play music with which was nice! They had the top bunk and a bottom bunk which was super cute and cozy feeling in a corner. however if you're a taller person you might not fit that well but it's still a very fun experience :-) They let us have our space. It's very peaceful and quiet where it's located makes for a good night's sleep :-) would definitely recommend it if you want to just have a nice little getaway for a weekend❤️

I recommend Hermann's tiny house to everyone, everything you need and very clean. I would like to highlight the location of the tiny house, you always have sun on the terrace. I was there on 2/20/2025 and had luck with the weather - sun until evening on the terrace.

It was absolutely fantastic. The place was perfectly designed so that everything had its place and nothing was missing. An absolutely superbly equipped kitchen and totally cozy beds made our stay more than pleasant. There was always enough wood for lighting the fire and grilling. As a family, we found the great selection of games in the drawers and also the cozy towels in the bathroom to be particularly pleasant. Last but not least, the generous selection of Nespresso coffees. Thank you for everything. Just great.

We stayed with Nicole at the chalet for a long weekend in February and will definitely be back. We had booked vegan breakfast and especially the spreads were 1A! 🤩 A detour to the farm shop next door is also recommended. Otherwise it was really nice, quiet and relaxing.

A highly recommended place to stay in the fresh air. You have alpacas that are trustworthy (with some dandelion, it's faster). Hiking is quite possible, nearby is a bike dealer where you can rent a bike for 1 or more days. All in all very nice.

Our stay at the Tiny Hause was amazing. Communication with Susanne has always been excellent and she has always been very flexible. The Tiny Hause has everything needed, is super well equipped and very nice. The place where it is located is idyllic. I would always come back:) Thank you.

Dagmar is a very nice and accommodating hostess! The tiny house was as described and had everything we needed. The location is perfect: quiet, but you are quickly at the train station and thus also in the city. There are plenty of places to eat and shop in the area.

From the property, you can wonderfully explore the area. It is equipped with everything you need. We felt very comfortable!

Great stay. Carolin was super helpful and responsive when we had questions or got stuck. The hut was very lovely and charming. Only drawback was the wifi was a bit unstable through the wood building. Grainau was absolutely beautiful. The mountians were stunning and awe inspiring. We greatly enjoyed all the things to do out in nature.

Originally looked for a place to stay in the Augsburg area for a business trip, but everything was occupied due to a trade fair. So I came across this beautiful tiny house - and a business trip became a trip to this beautiful accommodation in an idyllic location. A beautiful - modern kitchen, a nice bathroom, a cozy sleeping area and a private terrace with beautiful views of the mountains really complete everything! Plus super friendly hosts.😊 Really recommended to everyone!

Thanks dear Michael for the stay in your Tiny House! We enjoyed the tranquility and view very much. The tractor was of course one of the biggest highlights and will long be remembered. Hopefully we can come back next year.

Johannes took the time to show and explain everything in the tiny house to us upon our arrival. You could feel how much heart and soul he put into his tiny house. He gave us many tips for restaurants and things to do. Overall a very nice stay and highly recommended! ☺️
