Vacation rentals with lake access in Bavaria

We had a wonderful 6 days at the Fisherman’s House at the Ammersee. The house was so comfortable and welcoming, the kitchen was fully equipped, the bedrooms were cozy. All amenities were there and functioning well, including washer and dryer. Marco and the team of the Strandhotel were excellent hosts, always helpful and very friendly. Location is excellent in quiet neighborhood with short walk to the lake and is a great starting point for trips to the “Voralpenland” and to Munich. One of the best Airbnbs we have ever been to. Strongly recommend and would return in a heartbeat.

We stayed at Edith's house for 11 days in September. The proximity to the lake, the house with the large garden, the beautiful terrace, the lavish amenities and our nice hostess gave us a wonderful holiday. Thank you! We will be happy to come back! Dr. Karl-Heinz and Simone Schnaibel

We had to travel very spontaneously from NRW to Bavaria with two dogs. Roland always reacted and responded super fast, really great. We were also allowed to check in much later, which was very helpful for us. It was very quiet and everything was nice, clean and dog-friendly. The small garden on the terrace was also very popular with our amputee dog, as he is not yet allowed to run longer distances. But the area still has no shortage of beautiful walks. We will be happy to come back! :-)

We were with 4 adults and 2 children (9 and 12) in the lake house during the Easter holidays and had a great time. The house is great, as described, and the proximity to the relaxing swimming area with beautiful sunsets make the location perfect. Christiana and Magnus are also extremely nice hosts. I'm sure we'll be back.

We stayed two nights with Rü. Everyone was super satisfied, it was very clean, well-equipped kitchen and the well-kept property with water access was excellent for quick cooling. I'm sure we weren't there last time.

Beautiful, charming house, top equipped, cozy and clean. Quietly located on the edge of the forest, great also for walks with a dog and the proximity to the lakes. Likeable and super easily accessible landlord – highly recommended – we'd love to come back 😊

We had a wonderful time over Easter. Lechbruck am See offers a lot of opportunities for activities directly on site. Shopping is sufficiently available. In the area, many attractions can be reached quickly by car. We felt very comfortable in the cottage. Everything you need is available. Our kids had their own space upstairs. Everything is very nice and neatly decorated. The hosts Kristin & Gerry were very nice, in general all were very warm and always friendly. We felt very comfortable. Thank you so much for the wonderful time. We will be happy to come back ;)

We had a longer stay in this apartment in January 2025! The host was extremely attentive and took great care of our well-being. The apartment is tastefully decorated, with a lot of love for detail, and the beds are very comfortable – we slept wonderfully. We were particularly impressed by the beautiful view of the lake, which we could enjoy every morning. The location is pleasantly quiet but still ideal: in just 15-20 minutes on foot you can reach the island. Perfect for a relaxing break – we will be happy to come back!

We had a perfect stay with Stefan and his wife! Everything was exactly as described and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Easy arrival & friendly check-in and very great location with direct lake views. Also has meeting rooms. Modern, nicely decorated room and clean. Large bathroom with a rainfall shower. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. We will be happy to come back. Thank you so much!

The apartment is located in a super quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired and are super modern and pretty (as with Ikea ;-)). There is also no lack of technical refinements (large TV, light , electric. Castle). The bathroom was also mega chic and clean. Marco is always available and immediately available for questions. Thanks again to Marco !!! The property is close to the lake and there is a direct access (for bathing or sup) which can be reached in 2 min on foot. If you are good on foot, there are very good restaurants in the center of the village (about 1.5 km). Konstanz can be easily reached by train in 15 minutes. From there you can go anywhere by boat. All in all, we enjoyed the stay super well and we would also book the place a 2nd time.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Clean, practically furnished, beautiful bird concert all day around the house, spa and Lake Constance very close. Überlingen is easily accessible on foot. Loved it!

Wasserburg is small, quaint and everything is wonderful within walking distance. Bakeries, butcher, farm produce shops, bio shops, restaurants, fish shops, pharmacy, banks and the train station all within a very short walking distance. easy access to the 2 bigger cities Friedrichshafen and Lindau/insel. lovely to just walk through to the surrounding villages too. excellent base camp

We felt comfortable from the first minute. The apartment is well equipped. How didn't miss anything. The view of Lake Constance is great. Due to the central location, we were able to reach all destinations by car. We would definitely vacation here again.

Nice house on a camping ground. Well equipped and with a nice private garden. Camping has a playground, restaurant and close to a lake.

The cabin is located above the country road and is easily accessible. You should rely on Diana's directions and be careful when you turn into the small and relatively steep path to the house. In a larger group, the space in the house is very limited, but Diana had personally pointed this out again. After a short heating, it warms up relatively quickly in the main room, but you should keep the door to the kitchen/bathroom closed. The mattress storage is great and the mattresses are very comfortable. There is room for about 9 people at the table, but due to the table construction it is difficult to find enough space for the legs in the back spaces. The small bathroom has everything you need, but you should be careful to only open the windows when you are out there. We had a small mouse in through the window, which we then had to catch again in an elaborate way and transport it outside (far away). Overall we had an amazing time!

It was very nice, everything clean & tidy. We felt totally comfortable and there was nothing missing. Great place to stay, stylish & lovingly furnished and quietly located. On site, we were greeted very kindly, everything was shown to us and we still got great tips for activities. On the property, everything is for shared use - beautiful sitting areas and the garden. A very relaxing weekend :)

We spent a family weekend at Sonja's. Communication in advance could not have been better. Sonja gave us numerous great tips and recommendations for the region and always responded quickly to inquiries. The farm is beautifully quietly located. Perfect for just relaxing. The barn is a beautiful adventure playground and the sauna area is a special highlight. There were numerous fragrances, etc., that you usually don't have in other accommodations. In general, the sauna area was very appealing. The house has a beautiful garden that invites you to eat together. Nearby is a beautiful small swimming lake. The room above the cottage is a little more susceptible to noise when there are other guests downstairs.

The house is as it appears in the photos. All very new and very practical Kati is an excellent host who is always receptive and collaborates with everything
