Die von uns liebevoll renovierte Ferienhütte "Auszeit" ist ideal für Paare, die ungestörte Stunden zu zweit verbringen möchten. Auf der riesigen Terrasse mit schönem Fernblick, Grill und Terrassenfeuer, in der Panorama-Sauna, dem Ruheraum und dem großen Garten kann man es sich gut gehen lassen und die Welt vergessen. Auf eine hochwertige und umfassende Ausstattung haben wir besonderen Wert gelegt. Die Hütte liegt ländlich-idyllisch in einer ehemaligen Feriensiedlung und bietet viel Privatsphäre.

Time out at the beautiful Wörthsee in the 5 lakes region at the gates of Munich. This unique holiday home in the middle of nature was lovingly renovated in 2022 according to the latest standards. Surrounded by meadows and the edge of the forest, we can call approx. 40 deer our closest neighbours. 3,000 square metres of fenced private park, protected by trees and hedges, are at your exclusive disposal. The picturesque Wörthsee is only 10 minutes away by bike. Munich can be reached in 45 minutes.

Süßes kleines Häuschen in idyllischer, ruhiger Waldrandlage auf Gartengrundstück. Toller Panoramaausblick ins Tal über Fichtelberg-Neubau. In unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fichtelsee und Naabquelle der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Mountainbike-Touren. Im Winter führt der Loipeneinstieg in nächster Nähe vorbei. Durch die Lage auf 800 m ü.d.M. ist es relativ schneesicher. Bei Schnee ist die Zufahrt direkt zum Haus nicht gewährleistet, je nach Straßenzustand muß 500m entfernt geparkt werden.

Das Ferienhaus ist neu, stilvoll u. sehr gemütlich, m. edlen Materialien, wie Eiche-Fischgrät-Parkett, Naturstein, hochwertige Textilien u. Boxspringbetten. Das macht dieses Ferienhaus zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Es verfügt über zwei kl. Wohnküche m. Polstersitzecke, zwei Wohnräumen mit je 2 komfortablen Schlafsofas, 5 Schlafzimmer, 4,5 Bäder, 4 davon m. Natursteindusche, begrünte, möblierte Süd-West-Terrasse und 2 Balkone.

Beautiful, completely renovated dream house in 83135 Schechen am Inn, district of Rosenheim in Upper Bavaria. The idyllic Erlensee lake is in the immediate vicinity. To the bus 1 minute, train nearby, a few minutes to Rosenheim and 45 minutes to Munich. The house has three bedrooms, a balcony and a very spacious bathroom, two WCs. There is also a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, leading into the bright living/dining area, with conservatory and adjoining terrace overlooking the garden.
