Vacation rentals with a patio in Battersea

We loved this luxury apartment and its location. Beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room for the 4 of us.

The flat looked exactly like the photos and was very neat/clean. The beds were comfortable; the bath towels were thick and fluffy. The flat was extremely convenient to the Battersea Power Station Underground, which made our desired London attractions easily accessible. A small grocery store was very close by and there were a number of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The directions to the flat were very clear and concise, and the host’s check out requests were simple and minimal. (We still opted to remove our trash/recyclables, wash dishes, and vacuum/tidy up prior to our departure, even though the host made no such requests). We had a question or two pop up during our stay, but Hannah responded quickly. We greatly enjoyed our time at the flat and in London. Thanks!

Great, clean and quiet apartment in a perfect location to explore London. Bus stop only 2 minutes away and underground station 10-15 minutes. Cindy quickly responded to questions. We will be happy to come back.

Great stay, where we got messages from Dean on time and with all the right information. Quick to respond and always helpful. Location was ideal, short over head rail journey from central London, it was quiet and easy to commute. Flat was clean and very presentable - exactly like the photos. Garden was a bonus for a peaceful coffee in the morning! Checkin and out was easy!

Nabila was very proactive, had detailed instructions, and very responsive. She was so considerate and asked what time we were getting in- she then arranged it so we could check in a little early. The place itself was as described, and the location is fantastic! We would absolutely stay again!

Had such a lovely time at John’s space. It was clean, quiet, and easy to get around. The unit felt airy and spacious and I felt right at home. Would definitely recommend and return! John was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay.

Lovely private flat in Sheen , a short walk to Richmond shops and restaurants . Nice pub along the road that we enjoyed . Secluded and private development, felt safe . Parking was really handy and easy . Lots of planes and air traffic but the flat itself was very nicely decorated and ideal for easy access to Richmond and the surrounding areas

Dessy and Kian are really wonderful people and the best hosts. I have truly enjoyed my stay with them, to the point it feels like we are family! They are very courteous, considerate and kind. Anyone would be lucky to stay here!

Amazing stay! Highly recommend, we had a great time. Great for kids, our daughter loved the toys and record player. Accessible to most things walking or public transit. We had a car and had to street park which ended up being no big deal. 10/10 would stay again!

Youcef’s place is fabulous and was perfect for our family of 4 adults. The location is super, only a 3 minute walk to the tube, the tracks run behind the house but the noise isn’t too loud. Check in instructions were clear and easy to follow, the house was very clean and decorated to a very high standard. Overall would recommend this place and thanks for a great stay!

I stayed here for two weeks and honestly didn’t want to leave. The house is so beautifully decorated every corner feels intentional, personal, and full of character — even better than the already beautiful pictures. It somehow always smelled fresh and lovely too. Pretty clear that someone poured love into this space. The neighbourhood is just as special. Peaceful and safe, with charming little parks around every corner and plenty to explore when you feel like wandering. And of course, Izzy & James were super kind and helpful all throughout. They made the whole stay feel easy and warm, kinda like visiting the home of friends who really know how to host. 10/10. Truly unforgettable. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

This was a last minute reservation when unexpected issues arose during our trip. We were excited to find that such a wonderful place was available for a last minute booking. Would be delighted to book here well in advance in the future. The location, just steps away from the Barons Court Underground station was incredibly convenient. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The property itself is a gem. There is plenty of space, with lots of character and places for folks to relax alone or to gather together. Everything was in outstanding shape and the kitchen was well stocked. Although we didn't cook much on this trip, I would have no problem using this kitchen to make almost anything. The decor is fun and lively and the furniture and beds were well maintained and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive. This is definitely a place that I would want to come back to for another stay!

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

Khrystina's place is lovely with high bay windows looking out to a garden area in back. There is also a very nice balcony where you can sit and drink tea. It is on a very quiet, peaceful street which is a short walk to the underground train at West Kensington station.

My husband and I second stay at Diana beautiful Garden room. Just like the time before, immaculately clean accommodation and stunning and peaceful surroundings. Always a pleasure to stay around our Anniversary and hope to be able to book for next year. Thank you Diana and Gordon for your hospitality once again.

Bottom Line Up Front: The location is fabulous. Earls Court is, of course, convenient to both branches of the District Line and to the Piccadilly line, which give you access to most of London. Flying into Heathrow? Just hop on the tube there and you carried quickly to Earls Court. We have done that multiple times. What sets this apart from other Earls Court flats is the specific location, backing straight onto the gorgeous Philbeach Gardens. Step out the back door and you are in a private park for residents only. The flat itself is spacious and comfortable, and at night dark and quiet. Hot water is hot and plentiful. The hosts responded quickly to concerns. We will be back.

Had a homely feel ,in a great location very close to Clapham Junction and Kelly our host very helpful and understanding when I couldn't drop key back to the right place and with other things. Highly recommend

Jam was a very good and responsive host, he received our booking last minute and accommodated our extension request. The accommodation was as described and very clean and spacious.

We had a fantastic time at Niclas’ place! The location was ideal being so close to the station. The decor was stylish and cozy, making the space feel really welcoming. Everything was spotless and well-equipped, with great facilities throughout. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
