Since we vacation here too, the house has been carefully curated to include everything you need to relax and enjoy waterfront views and privacy. I Built in 1913, this historic site was originally the Norfolk-Southern Cafe. In the 1930s, the building was the site of grocery stores and meeting spaces, eventually becoming a popular coffee shop called "The Coffee Caboose".
