Set on a rustic bush block, High View Haven suits groups up to 11 people with 4 bedrooms including one self contained flat. There is a well equipped kitchen, outdoor BBQ, Pizza Oven and deck overlooking the ocean. Perfect for getaways with family or friends, designed with kids and pets in mind. The cottage is located in Surf Beach, NSW, which is 10 minutes from Bateman's Bay and is two minutes walk to Wimbie Beach. This beach is tranquil with small waves great for kids, supping, kayaking and snorkelling around the rocks. A short 10 min drive to Bateman's Bay. But you could put the car away with coffee shops, restaurants, supermarket and bottle shop all within an easy walk (10 minutes) within Surf Beach. Unfortunately, the house is not available to schoolies groups and noise restrictions are in place after 10:00pm

Rustic, character filled, architect designed cabin with a master loft and two small bedrooms constructed largely from recycled building materials, located in a rural-residential area on 5 acres of forest close enough to the ocean you can hear it in the distance. There are neighbours but it's relatively private. Just to be absolutely clear, the Camp House is not 'on' the beach but it's close. It takes about four minutes to get to Congo Beach by car. We are 'pet friendly'. Max guests - six people.

This little one bedroom yurt in a quiet cul de sac has a semi bushland outlook. It is close to beaches and 5 minutes drive from Batemans Bay. Air conditioned, wonderful timber ceiling, small deck for a quiet BBQ and ideal for a couple with two children. No problems parking on the driveway or in a one-car carport. Parking is also available on the street verge immediately in front of the yurt. Also parking space available for your boat trailer on the street verge. A quiet and private retreat.

A classic beach house is elevated on stilts, surrounded by greenery. An external staircase leads up to the balcony, which is adorned with outdoor seating. A caravan is parked beneath the house, positioned on the grassy area, creating an inviting outdoor space.
