Vacation rentals with beach access in Batangas

We had a great stay at Carola Condominium in Pico de Loro. The unit was clean, cozy, and felt like home. The host was kind and very responsive, and the caretaker was always smiling and helpful. The location was stunning — surrounded by nature, with access to the beach and pool. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

3 days was worth it. You’ll most likely spend most of your time outside the unit- beach, pool, strolling, play pens, etc. Just be aware that the unit does not have a water dispenser due to hygene reasons, you’ll have to bring your own or have water delivered by the caretaker. The location itself is wonderful, pico de loro is a place I’d want to spend more time in, the lagoon and the pathways is just peaceful for early jogging, strolls. I’ll definitely return. I love pico de loro i love the place everything i need its all provided its so clean and thank you kay sir Al sa pag assist samen sa mga amenities sa pico we enjoy the beach club a lot. If you want to relax, chill and renew grabe pico is the best place. sobrang na enjoy ko ang stay namen. at napaka accomodating ng host namen sa mga need namen sa lahat ng amenities or gusto nameng gawin sa island.🥰 we will come back im sure and recommend to my friends and family. At ang isa pa sa nagustuhan ko is perfect ang kitchen, and the room for us napaka linis at complete equip at lakas ng Ac at my heater pa. Sobrang worth yung stay namen we will come back🥰

Super enjoyed our stay at Bar and Marian’s unit!! Marian is very responsive and kind. Pico de loro is our go-to here in Batangas for yearsss and we always opt booking for a clean, spacious, and nice interior type of units whenever; their unit didnt disappoint!

Daniel’s place is what it is on the photos. Can comfortably host 4-6 people. Daniel is very responsive despite the time difference. The caretaker Kuya Al is also very helpful from check in to check out. Would’ve been nicer had we stayed longer but definitely worth it. Thank you!

We loved the place and the amenities that came with it such as board games, dental kits, extra blankets. The unit is easy to find and very near the pool, it was an easy walk for me and my toddler. Jose as a host is very responsive and he quickly addressed our needs. Overall a great experience and we’ll book this again in the future.

The place is good, it is clean and well maintained, the location is very private and quiet, the host is very responsive and considerate. The only thing that gives us a little inconvenience is going to the beach because it would take a 10mins ride from the place and there is no access to a cottage where you can put our things and also no cr and shower room.

The house was beautiful just like in the photos. Great place if you prefer a private location. Had lots of rooms and individual beds, so was perfect for our company outing. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. Tide was very low when we went, mostly sandy and calm water, so was good for small kids. We enjoyed the free paddle boards, just be careful there are sharp corals in some spots further out. Beach isn't as great as other more popular areas. Caretakers were kind and helpful. More food and water sports near Matabungkay beach about 10 minutes away but it's quite crowded and dense. Highlight was really the house, it was beautiful and relaxing, good for family or company bonding. Kit was very friendly, quick to reply, and provided complete details and recommendations. Thankful that we got to borrow her place.

Place is very private, perfect for those wanting peaceful but fun weekend getaway. Only 2hrs from Manila via SLEX/Star Tollway. Speedboat already waiting for us upon arrival. There’s so much do to — water activities, karaoke, netflix or just chill all day by the pool with the best view of Taal Lake. House is clean, well maintained and almost complete. Caretakers live next door so it’s very convenient if you need anything. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next visit!

The place was nice. We are a family of 8 and there are a lot of rooms and beds. All of the rooms are airconditioned. The jacuzzi was great. Even if we went there when the clubhouse pool was closed (Wednesday), the jacuzzi is readily available and free. There are a lot of tables and chairs too outside. It feels very homey and comfortable. The house is nice. The beach was a good 5-7mins walk. It's not that far and the community is safe. The walking ground is flat and it is not tiring. The beach is nice, there are also free cabannas at the beach. It's peaceful. The check in and out are very flexible because the owner and caretaker is easy to talk to as long as there are no guests after ypur stay, you can extend with a fee. There's also ready drinking water and dispenser for consumption. Thank you again for accommodating us.

5 ⭐️, We had an amazing stay at El casa Mori. The home was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—just like the photos posted on their account. The location was perfect— close to Monte Maria as well. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They even provided toiletries, free coffee which made us feel right at home. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience! +++ One thoughtful touch we really appreciated was the addition of nets —no mosquitoes or flies to worry about, which made relaxing in the evenings so much more enjoyable

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious and clean home located in Nasugbu town proper. The location was incredibly convenient—just a short walk to grocery stores, local restaurants, and the beach. It was also easy to get around, as tricycles frequently passed by right in front of the house. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking meals, and the overall layout of the home was comfortable and bedrooms had aircon. Hobert, Des, and home caretakers were very responsive, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also appreciated the added sense of security with the lockable front gates. A great place to stay—highly recommended!

I love the place! it was super relaxing coming from a long drive. what I appreciated the most is the Grace respond so fast that I was able to book the place right away. if u want a place to relax and just chill this is the place. plus you have the ever helpful , thoughtful caretaker kuya bernard! hi Grace , thank you for accommodating us so fast! appreciated that! looking forward to coming back with my family :)

The house was really clean and beautiful when we arrived! It was exactly as shown in the photos. Amenities and inclusions listed are accurate. Host had clear instructions, a local guide for restaurants and things to do, and plus points for allowing early check-in! The beach view is also great as it was private. Most of all, the caretaker Kuya Bong was very helpful and responsive! At the middle of the night, there was an electricity blackout, so I had to text Kuya. Thankfully he turned on the generator some minutes later. For comments, we’d like to suggest softer beds (especially the sofa beds) for a more comfortable experience. Thank you very much! Overall it was a great stay.

The place is really nice and clean. The checking in process was smooth, there are several people that handled us, and they are all very responsive and friendly. When we entered the place it was very comfy and clean, all of the things needed are available to use.

Baron' place was very spacious and big for the price we paid. It was also very clean. It has a big veranda that is perfect for sunrise with a perfect view. The master's bedroom was also the same, the view was very aesthetic. It was way bigger than what we expected. There are also a lot of folding beds that can be used. The aircon was also working fine. The CR' heater was also working well. Ate Rowena, the caretaker was also very responsive as well as Baron. Overall, it was worth the price and highly recommended. We will be back next time for sure :)

The property is easy to find and had a parking area near the unit and near the common beach and lagoon. The unit is spacious enough to accommodate us all, clean and comfortable. As indicated in the listing, it has all the things we need to be able to cook and they even provide potable water. The hosts and the caretaker has been very responsive and arrange registration of guests in advance hence my family was able to enjoy the amenities prior to our check in time. As this is our 3rd time to visit the resort, we noticed that the amenities are well maintained and kept clean by the Management. Overall we had a wonderful vacation with no hassle.

I definitely recommend Caryl’s place. ✔️ Aesthetic ✔️ Clean ✔️ Spacious ✔️ Peaceful ✔️ Walking distance going to the beach and to the pool ✅ Caryl is a great host. Very responsive on each of our query. 😞The only issue we had was with the water. I think it's the water supply for the entire building.

Place is exactly as what they’ve advertised. Wifi is very reliable and it has everything you need for a worry free staycation. I highly recommend it and for sure we will be coming back in the future :)

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive to all our queries, which made the check-in and communication smooth. The place was exactly as advertised and looked just like the photos—no surprises there. It’s just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus. There was a minor issue with a leaking wall after a heavy rain, but the caretaker responded quickly and had it addressed right away, which we appreciated. The Wi-Fi was strong throughout our stay, the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, and the free bathroom amenities were a nice touch. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Would definitely recommend!

It looked exactly like in the picture. The space was enough for 5 pax . The place was clean and raquel is very responsive and also checked us once inawhile if how we are or if we need anything :) Thank u again and Will recommend this place to friends/family.
