this location near sebana cove resort , have a 99 speed mart near by. There ia a park opposite this house .host have two house just beside , suitable for ppl gathering for more than 20 ppl stay . we have 22 people working , we rent for 2 house, clean and comfortable .thanks clara.

This was my first stay in chalet type of accommodation which I thought it was just like any other standard-bare-minimum facilities, but man! this one is exceptional! They have a perfectly nice clean kitchen set, stove, toast, blender, microwave, kettle. It feels like i am moving in to this house. We enjoy sunset with the boat view from our balcony, the swimming pool located just a walk away I would like to recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay for a holiday. The longer your stay the better because it feels super homey!

Container @ One-North started as a curiosity for our family of 4, mainly driven by our children aged 16 and 18. One word summary is EFFICIENCY, just like the city. Once we started we discovered the convenience of SMRT, local convenience stores and even a hanging out place. It was a little odd not to have neighbors, but the rail station and the university/start-ups provided ample observations. Lorraine was extremely helpful, both in responses and finding solutions. We were a little skeptical even after the booking, but the container living gave us valuable lessons in sharing and being mindful of our needs. Overall, it can be a good experience especially for travellers who have always stayed in hotels.

We had a fantastic stay at Gunawan’s Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The location was quiet, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Gunawan was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, even arranging a driver and van that made getting around Batam so convenient. The drivers were friendly, punctual, and always willing to help. The price was also very reasonable for such a comfortable stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Pros: convenient, next to shopping mall, many restaurants nearby, great price,… Cons: wifi connection is unstable sometime😭😭😭 In overall, the room is tidy and convenient. Highly recommend if you want a comfortable stay in Batam centre.

We really enjoyed staying here. And this is not the first time we take up staycation in Batam. Compared with the previous Airbnb, this is the best I would say which was so spacious and comfortable.

Location of the apartment is very convenient, is at the heart of the city area. So you can find places to shop, eat etc. at a walking distance. Apartment is very clean, amenities is well prepared for the guest to use as well. But do bring your own hair dryer if you’re person who needs to style your hair / dry your hair fast. Cause the hair dryer power is kinda low. Additionally do make sure you turn on the water heater 30 minutes beforehand to heat up the water heater if you can’t stand cold shower !

The accommodation was worth the money. The stay was great, all the amenities were provided as per listed. Host is responsive so all enquiries and helped was answered swiftly. Would stay here again definitely giving it a 10/10. Appreciate the great stay, thanks for having me!

This place has a beautiful view facing the sea with a big window at the master bedroom. Close and walkable to the Fanindo Sanctuary Garden (food centre) I arrived late and have issue, but the host settle it immediately.

It was very nice, spacious and comfortable to stay for a group of 6. Clear instruction was given by the host and they were responsive. For those who likes to swim, this will be your favourite spot as they have infinity pool at level 1 and 40. Overall, well done.

We loved the place. It looks exactly like the pictures. The host, Eric prepared some snacks and juice boxes upon our arrival. The place is abit small but sufficient for a few nights stay. We chose this place to celebrate our son’s birthday so the bright lights and beautiful decor really completed our backdrop for pictures. Location is perfect and convenient to walk to Legoland. The only problem we had was driving up and down the extremely narrow driveway.

Nice place, very near to Lego land. the place is very clean. Hotel like service , clean towels, toothpaste and brush etc. swimming pools are great. rooftop swimming pool is my favorite.

집처럼 편안한 숙소네요. 간이 건조기가 있어서 세탁물 건조가 쉽네요. 정수기나 정수필터가 있으면 더 금상첨화겠고 개미등 일부 벌레가있으나 호스트가 즉각 해결해주고 열대지방에서 벌레는 어쩔수 없는거라 생각됩니다

I can see the pool through the big window in the living room. The infinite pool on 40th floor has nice view, too. There are well managed 2 bed rooms with 2 restroom and enough living room. Perfect for family and 2 persons. 4 air conditioners and 4 fans maintains pleasant condition. All utilities that are needed to buy already set. No need to go the coin laundry, no need to buy even any tableware. Enough parking slots. easy to access in and out with QR code. I strongly recommend to stay for family or 2 persons.

Had a very nice stay in this house and my son loves to play on the slide and games. He enjoyed the house very much :) Unit is same as in the photo provided and had a swift checkin. Host is very friendly, responsive and accomodating. I highly recommend this place :)
