3D2N was not enough! The interior and the villa itself was beautiful! Super comfortable, feels like home~ It was worth the money! The neighbourhood was very peaceful, you can literally hear nature, birds chirping when you're swimming! Super relaxing! This villa is perfect for anyone who wants to relax~ Our host, Meli, she is very sweet, kind and caring! She gave us recommendation on places to eat. Infact, the place that she recommended was delicious and unforgettable~ Meli also gave us an advice to download an app for a cheaper transportation. Overall, Meli is a very hostile person, whenever we need her, she's there! Speedy responses on our messages~ Thank you Meli ❤️~ We will definitely come back and book here again someday! ❤️

lokasi dekat jalan besar, ada sekuriti yg berjaga 24 jam, halaman luas untuk parkir kendaraan, rumah luas, ruang tengah ada sofa tidur, ada dapur dan peralatan masak, disediakan peralatan makan secukupnya, air lancar, mungkin bisa ditambahkan wifi, lingkungan nyaman dan banyak tumbuhannya cocok untuk keluarga dan anak", harga termasuk cukup murah.

The place looked just like the photos! Very comfortable for 8 people and we loved the lap pool. Owner and management team were quick to response even though there were some mishaps but we were very thankful for their help. We will definitely come back again as the location was great and it was very peaceful.

Great location with more privacy as it is within the housing complex area with tight security. Good for family, can fit more than 4 people. Near to Grand Batam and many local recommended restaurants. Price is reasonable, will come back again.

Worth spending money to stay. Totally recommend if you travelling with small children and family. Safety The unit is within a gated community so it is safe. Space There was enough beds for 7 people in the house. Suitable for family with children. There is a place where you can park your car. Cleanest The unit was clean. Location It is not in the city center but near the junction between going to the Jetty to Bintan, barelang bridge, Batam center and Batam city itself. Took Grab and it cost roughly around 150Rupiah/RM15/5SGD per trip from Nagoya Mall to the unit, so it is still considered close. Host Abdul Halim was very responsive host and even assisting and giving me solutions when i had an issue that is not related to him. Would def come again.

The host is great and his assistant too. My husband left his wallet behind and they are kind to hold it and send to the ferry terminal next day. Thank you😉

comfortable home

Stayed in this cosy villa located 20 mins from Nagoya in a gated community of terrace houses. The area was quiet and peaceful and the instructions to find the place was fairly clear. Cleaning service upon request, breakfast included in the price, delivered to the door.

I’ve stayed at on of Bobby’s room for 2 month and will try to give an objective review. The arrival at the guest house was clear. The room was very clean, the equipments were working correctly. The view from the balcony is also very enjoyable. The neighborhood is pretty quite except during ramadan period. For the basement, it’s always clean and quite. Sometimes you will meet other guests and could have a talk with them. There is also a small kitchen on the ground floor. You are also able to park you bike/car safely. The host also propose some services for laundry, you can ask them to come pick up your clothes at the house. About the host, Bobby is very friendly and accommodating. He will always try to make you feel comfortable or find solutions to your problems, if you communicate on your needs you will have a good stay at JJ Guest House. Thank you for everything, if I come back around I will come back for sure

Had a great stay here. Location is good to reach around favorite city spots with peaceful and secure neighborhood. All key amenities (aircon, TV, water, fridge, internet, washing machine, etc.) functioned properly. Some complimentary consumables are provided for convenience. Host is responsive for any inquiries and help.

Nice place to stay but have a bit problem finding the house toilet was little bit small and shower water not strong enough overall good place to stay

👍🏻 Friendly host recommended me nice foods & places of interests. Her recommendation was so useful for my itinerary planning. Especially useful for people who’s not familiar with Batam. In her house 🏠 , she provided us cup noodles 🍜 , full set of toiletries, bath towels & extra mattress in two of the common rooms. Host makes our stay more enjoyable!

Very nice place

The stay was great, easy to navigate using google maps. Although, there was a leak through the roof during heavy storm, other than that everything was accurate and safe. Hopefully the leak will be fixed. Overall, worth the money and quite easy to navigate through.
