Hello, after researching many alternatives in Sapanca, we decided on Dut Sapanca. The location of the house that attracted us to this place was that it was a stone house with a single-story and two private bathrooms, the garden and pool were large enough and very tidy. And when we went, we saw how right our choice was. First of all, we would like to thank you very much for the attention and sincerity that Irem Hn has shown during our entire stay from the first time we booked, leaving the house and into our vehicle. It was really valuable to us. The house is even more beautiful than it looks. It's in a very central place but very quiet and calm around. Quite sheltered and organized. The garden landscaping is thoughtfully arranged. The BBQ and fire pit are very well positioned. There is a very nice gazebo close to the pool and offering canopy. The pool is quite sufficient and the recirculation unit works efficiently. The interior of the house is quite spacious and beautiful. The fact that there is a shared living area and two bedrooms with a private bathroom on two sides make this house unique. We'll be back.

The house was very clean and convenient. It was as stated in the photos. Tolunay Bey's father was very interested, thanks to him. We used the hot pool on a very snowy day, it was a great experience, would definitely recommend it The temperature of the house and the temperature of the pool were also very good, and we even lowered the setting. We stayed with 5 families and 1 small child, there were still rooms we did not use, Mr. Batur was very interested from the first moment, he responded very quickly to all our questions. Great host. Very responsive. Place is even better than what the photos describe, garden is spacious and cosy. Common area, kitchen and restrooms require a little bit of touch up. Bedrooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

The house is very close to the lake in a central location. Cleanliness was very good. We did not have any problems in terms of linens, pool, etc. The items were new and had everything we needed. Only the cover on the hot tub wouldn't close. We couldn't use it. And because it's so close to the road, there's car noises, but if you're going to go in the winter, it's not too much of

It was an extremely enjoyable stay, the kitchen & rooms were spotlessly clean and tidy. It was centrally located. It was pleasant to spend time in the garden and the view was peaceful. The host answered our questions in a short time, it was a very pleasant experience, we would like to come back as a team, and we definitely recommend it.

We had a perfect 2 days as a family with our large group of friends. Mr. Halil is very caring and friendly. He made us feel at home. He took care of everything until we checked out. The beds, sheets, towels were immaculately ready. The general cleaning of the house was great. There is wifi smart TV. It is impressive in the view of Sapanca Lake from the 2nd floor of the villa. The pool was very clean and warm. The children and we had a lot of fun. The pool is beautiful at night. The villa is in a great place in terms of location, 15 minutes from Ormanya, Kartepe,Sapanca. 5 minutes away from the market, pastry shop, etc. It was a pleasure to hike in the forest in the fresh air. Thank you very much for all friends. We saved good memories. Hope to see you again...

The house we stayed in was very nice, the building is new spacious and spacious. The interior architecture was very nice , with panoramic windows, lots of room, even better, lots of toilet bathrooms. Comfortable living room, big table enough for everyone, everything you could need in a house, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, various kinds of appliances , pots, plates, forks, cups, bowls - they were all available and new. There were even a lot of books for the kids, even board games for evening enjoyment. Let's get to the most important point, it has magnificent views due to the location of the house, you can watch both the embedded mountain in the greenery and the huge Sapanca lake. It has a very large heated pool. The water is nice, it's very enjoyable, both children and adults enjoyed it very much, they didn't want to leave. The most not expected is the table tennis room, we missed playing. The host, Mr. Hakan, is a friendly and helpful gentleman. She answered our questions in a very polite and detailed way.

Mr. Erkan communicated very well with us from the moment we made the reservation. The house was clean and tidy as it looked in the pictures. The pool temperature was extremely good. The use of the hot tub, the garden, the barbecue were all enjoyable. The only thing missing about the house was the lack of sleeping equipment for 5 people, but we talked about it. I think they will consider it for the future. It is in a good location in terms of proximity to Kartepe and the Istanbul road. However, having a few factories around may cause problems for those with asthma problems.

We left the house where we stayed for two nights and 2 families today. It felt like home. The location was easy to find. The house was big and very beautiful Yes, the house and the items were old, but not in a way that prevented our lives. Although the pool feels cold at first, you don't want to leave when you enter it. The pool was also nice to enjoy, I loved the somina. If you have one, you can take 3 5 large bags of wood or they bring wood for 400 TL. The interior of the house was warm, but I recommend that you take something like a fleece on your house slippers.(There is a breeze from the large glass sides of the house). We did not have any problems with the kitchen utensils. There was no cutting board, there was no second pot, we didn't mind this, I'm sure they would have solved our problem right away. The apartment we rented for the weekend was literally great. First, the view was breathtaking and offered a perfect setting for relaxing. The house was extremely clean and the items in it were quite high quality, which made me feel like I was in my own home.
