Vacation rentals with lake access in Barton

Crace is a very lovely suburb and the house was quite spacious and well maintained. 2 minutes away there was a supermarket, coffee shop, restaurants and other retailers. Plenty of parks and playgrounds for children. The National Dinosaur museum was fantastic. Also there is a bus stop very close to the house so easy to get to city and other places. We were very happy.

William is a great host. Stayed with him before. Very approachable. Very thoughtful. Always everything you need. William in particular equips his places excellently. Always milk eggs cooking oil etc so you don’t have to go shopping immediately.

We had a great stay, it was the perfect place for us to stay in temporarily before moving into a new house. Great location next to a Woolies, and being able to access the tram was very convenient to get to the city. The unit had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The ambiance was inviting, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. One of the highlights was Helen's exceptional hospitality. She was a fantastic host, attentive to every detail and always available to assist with any questions or requests. Her warmth and generosity added a special touch to my experience. The location of the place was also fantastic. It was conveniently situated near shops and amenities in Franklin, making it easy to access everything I needed. Additionally, the peaceful surroundings added to the overall charm of the stay.

The apartment was exactly as described, super clean and well set up. Perfect location being next to Westfield and the views over the lake are stunning. 10/10 would stay here again!

Very comfortable, beautiful views, easy access to lifts, everything you need in the kitchen & a balcony for morning coffee. We didn’t use the pool but it was beautiful & clean & was enjoyed by families.

The apartment was very clean, cosy and inviting. It was also well equipped. The bar and restaurant in the hotel were a great spot to eat or for a drink. Close proximity to other restaurants, cinema and the lake. If you like exercise you can take a great walk up Black Mountain. Daniel was an attentive and considerate host. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location is very convenient with everything we needed within walking distance. Parking is in the basement of the building and very close to the lift which incidentally is also very close to the room. The accomodation is comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos. During our stay we did not have a chance to see the swimming pool or other amenities. The floors were a little dusty, but a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning products are provided so that was easily remedied. Our only complaint is that the co-host arrived late. That aside, we had a great time, they provided a basket of snacks, the place was clean, all the appliances worked well. Most importantly we slept well, feeling safe and secure.
