Cozy apartment with a nice balcony

If you are looking for peace to relax, you will find it here. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the historic Vinetastadt Barth. This small harbor town at the foot of the Fischland-Darß-Zingst peninsula cordially invites every nature lover. So you will find behind our house a wide field on which in autumn the cranes like to take a break on their way to the south. The apartment has all modern amenities. It is on the upper floor of the house and can be reached via a spiral staircase.

It then runs for 2 hours and then switches off automatically. A highlight - large mobile outdoor kitchen. Outdoor cooking fun guaranteed! Our beautiful thatched house (BJ 1995) is located away from tourism in the quiet village of Pruchten. It's surrounded by meadows and paddocks. From the two terraces you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view over the 3000 m ², partly natural plot (Ginster) and the countryside. The Bodden can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Very close to the house, the bike path runs in the direction of Zingst (about 20 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach), Prerow or Barth.

The newly renovated and modernly furnished apartment is 40 sqm and ideally suited for two persons plus toddler. It offers you a bathroom with shower, a bedroom, a well-equipped fitted kitchen and the cozy living room. All rooms have separate floor heating. You are not far from the center, which is, however, within walking distance. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. No pets are allowed. We look forward to hearing from you.

"Monastery view" 65 m² Old town 2 minutes from the water

Our apartment is 65 m², is in the old town of Barth, with beautiful views of the historic "Noble Maiden's Foundation" founded in 1733 as "Bahrtisches Kloster." It is in a prime location, quiet (play street) and yet central, right by the park, in 2 minutes' walk you can reach the market square and also the harbor promenade. If you find something cheaper, it's either small and cramped, unappealing, or in the middle of nowhere.

Spend a nice vacation on the Baltic Sea as a couple or as a family with max. 4 people. If you stay at this centrally-located place, you'll be close to everything. This charming listing is even better than advertised. Arrival instructions were clear and we arrived on a very cold day and the host had heated the apartment for us. Stepping in felt like a warm hug and it was easy to make ourselves at home. It's a beautiful property, full of light and a kitchen with enough gadgets and plates to make an elaborate meal. Sophie was an extremely communicative hostess, sharing relevant information and checking in occasionally. The town itself is very walkable, cute and full of friendly locals. If you have a car, definitely zip around to other towns and check out Binz, Göhren, Baabe, etc. Drive yourself to KARL's and enjoy an affordable lunch and all of the strawberry flavored treats and accessories that you can handle. Königsstuhl was a fun excursion and hike as well. After a full day out of sightseeing this penthouse was a perfect retreat and landing pad. Huge, plush couch, great tv and all the comforts of home. Perfect property for my first Ostsee visit.

I and my partner stayed at Monika's place with our two dogs. It is quite a remote location so a car is necessary. The flat has its own enterance, bathroom and kitchen. Everything was great and sufficient for us. The flat actually has two bedrooms and can accomodate four people. But we think the dining area and kitchen would feel quite small for four people. Our medium-sized dogs had no problems running up and down the stairs between the flat and the garden, which is quite large. Its possible to sit and enjoy a drink in the garden. Monika was very friendly, informed us about the surroundings and was extremely helpful with finding a general practicioner (I arrived there with a wound that needed attention).
