Well beyond expectations. Casa De Playa is an amazing value. Right on the sea- you fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the waves every day. The waves are right up to the house at high tide and their sound helped my husband with his tinnitus immensely . Doors and windows were easy to use and allow amazing views and breezes! The house was clean and comfortable on a quiet street. The kitchen had everything we needed. We felt immediately at home!

We loved our stay at Mara and Marks place! Waking up to the ocean in the morning, watching the sunset each evening and every peaceful moment in between was everything we were looking for. The house was equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the stainless steel cooking pots, aloe for sunburns, AC in the bedroom after a long day in the sun and access to a grill to cook on at sunset. Mark was responsive to all of our questions and a joy to meet! The location was close to everything. If you can plan your trip to include a Thursday it's worth visiting the art walk in the town square at night time! Great way to immerse in the local culture. I agree with other reviews that say to book this place if it's available. Don't hesitate! We hope to come back and enjoy this beautiful oasis again. Thanks for having us!

This apartment is perfect!!! It is very cozy, clean and has everything we need. The pool is spectacular and has a beach nearby. I met some neighbors of the complex and they were super friendly. My stay coincided with a general blackout in Puerto Rico and it did not affect my vacation because the complex has an electric generator!!! Communication with Brayla was excellent. I would definitely go back to this Airbnb.

What an amazing sunset views and great recommendations of restaurants and things to do around Rincon by the host. Will definitely plan to come back here. The host was very accommodating for a late checkout when my wife was not feeling well.

Raul’s place was even cuter and nicer than the pictures! Everything is brand new, grounds kept meticulous, peaceful, and quiet (other than an occasional rooster crowing 😃). I didn’t have a chance to use the pool so I can’t comment on that. Lots to do and good eats in town. Directions on getting there were a little tough and could use some updating but with Raul’s help we found it easy enough.

Great location with easy access to private beach and clean pool. Walking distance for several restaurants and a short drive to many others. Beautiful sunset views! Beach chairs and an umbrella were very helpful since we couldn’t bring those on the plane.

What a lovely place to relax and de-compress in! Even a few minutes on the balcony would be enough to feel relaxed and restored: the view of the sea, the sound of the waves lapping against the shore, the palm trees, the pelicans, the general peace and quiet (except for the few times that renovation work was being carried out!) One favorite treat was to walk to the back of the adjacent hotel, go along a path (rather overgrown, but short), and then come to the huge manicured grounds of some long-deserted school, with lovely trees and lawn, and which in turns leads to a long shoreline of stretch of sandy beach for at least 3-4 miles (until the Anasco River). Just be aware that the LOW tides are the best time to do this. Having gone over there for over fifty times over the three seasons I've been there, I can vouch for its safety and tranquility. Try it!!!

You’ve found the bnb you were looking for! The host, the location, the view, the fish when snorkeling, the AC, the layout.. we can’t wait to come back!! I've stayed at around 25 Airbnbs and some of them on beachfronts, and this by far, takes the cake! Literally, Bill intrepidly searched the island for a vegan(!) chocolate cake through his network for my wife’s birthday during our stay. I’ve NEVER seem a host go so above and beyond like this. He made her birthday so special during our stay!! We’ve had issues with other hosts taking our chemical allergies to fabric softeners and air fresheners, but not Bill! He went out of his way to order special detergent and make sure that the linens we cleaned to be fragrance free. Our 11 year old LOVED feeding the tarpons with Bill from the deck and then we even snorkeled with them in the last morning! Speaking of which, this was great for morning snorkeling (all manner of sea life!) Bill is truly a Superhost!!

We had a great time staying at Carlo’s place. Carlo gave really great instructions to find the Airbnb even tho we checked in at night it was still really clear and helpful. Carlo also gave us a great tip to check out a local event and we had a great time. This Airbnb is so beautiful, really enjoyed being able to hear the ocean from bed!

My daughter and I stayed at Rithy's beautiful spot this past week and it was just fantastic. The spot is not only absolutely beautiful, but so serene and healing. The apartment was exactly as described, perfectly appointed, and very clean. The location was perfect -- just a short drive to downtown and public places, but enough out of the way to be quiet and peaceful. Rithy was on hand during our stay and was so kind and attentive, provided us with great information, and was very generous. I would highly recommend this special place and I plan on coming back again!

Casa Ruby was excellent, exceeded my expectation with the surroundings. beautiful sunsets..the beach has rocks but walking about 150 meters to the left of the house is a clear area for swimming...I would rent this place again when I go back to Puerto Rico...the restaurants down the road. have good food and the drinks are reasonably priced and the people are very friendly..

The property is beautiful and conveniently located. Carlo was extremely detailed in the instructions to find and enter the location, including providing photos and videos to make the process smooth and worry free.

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The private balcony overlooking the ocean was perfect. The place was spotless when we arrived. Carlo was very helpful and gave clear directions and check-in instructions. He also recommended great places nearby. 10 minutes into town which was cute and walkable. We frequented Doña Lala beach with a walkable bar/restaurant. Would recommend 100x

We had an amazing time staying at the Hidden Gem for four nights. It was me, my husband, and our 17-year-old daughter, and we all felt so comfortable and happy. I would definitely suggest staying with Carlo. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, and we loved sipping our coffee in the morning while admiring the ocean.

Kathleen‘s cottage is the perfect place to disconnect and reset yourself, when I arrived, there was a power outage. I was a little concerned about the air conditioning not working. I opened all the windows and the ocean breeze It was wonderful Even in the middle of the day. Mother nature did her job, and it was quite enjoyable so much so that when the electricity came back on, I never turned on the air conditioner. To be able to listen to the waves and disconnects was truly spectacular. The gas range worked perfectly, especially when the power was out it was nice to be able to still make coffee and tea. And the unit is on town water so being able to use the bathroom facilities was priceless. If you go, make sure you bring binoculars and you can watch the world float by ,,snorkeling out front go around the rocks and look at all the fish. This place is hard to leave.
