I simply enjoyed my time right on private beach. The outdoor scenery, smell, and sound. Our experience was amazing. Definitely would do it again. My son enjoyed chasing frogs. Collecting seashells. A walk down the beach. A must do.

Excellent stay at Casa Ayanna! From the beginning, communication was impeccable thanks to Howard and Elizabetta, always attentive and clear in every detail. Oscar and Erica welcomed us with incredible kindness, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The house is exactly as pictured: comfortable, clean and cozy, ideal for a pleasant stay. We are very grateful for the flexibility of our hosts, which made our experience even more comfortable and carefree. We would definitely go back and recommend this jewel without a second thought!

This property is beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. The views from every angle are amazing. The game room is well equipped and allowed our family with entertainment. The road to the property is as advertised. They conducted maintenance while we were there as soon as it rained. You do need a vehicle that is a bit higher than a sedan. The rooms are comfortable and the luxury of the bathrooms made our trip most comfortable. We recommend bringing plenty of bug spray and bug killer… you are in a very mountainous region and they do seek the light at night. We strongly recommend this place to anyone that wants to visit El Salvador and enjoy of its natural wonders.

It's my second visit to the place and as always the place is beautiful, as described in the publication, super quiet and safe area, the people who take care of it, 10 out of 10, beautiful beach, very good ranch facilities. Already thinking about the 3rd visit

Great place with a fantastic view! We didn't look close enough to notice that it was an open air place which was neat. The decorations are rather eclectic but fun. Driveway is also steep. We were able to do it in our 2 wheel drive vehicle, but not all may be able to. Roberto was a highlight and extremely warm and welcoming!

Beautiful place to spend the night with the family, it has an amazing pool with a small one for children. The house is very well equipped with everything you need. In short, a very comfortable and cozy beach house with a beautiful ocean view. Very good service from the host Wendy and Glenda. I will definitely rent this ranch again on my next visit to El Salvador.

Very nice and spacious house. We were all very comfortable. We loved the beach. Everything was very clean and Juanita was always attentive to what we needed. My family and I loved it. We hope to be back soon

Ramiro has a beautiful place, peaceful and in a great location. Ramiro is a wonderful host very helpful and responsive to accomodate all request within minutes. We will return and will recomend it to everyone. This is a hidden treasure.

It is a beautiful house located in front of the beach, very comfortable, tidy and clean. I think it's one of the best houses in Salinitas on this platform. My family and I loved it, very cozy and all areas have air conditioning. The only suggestion is that a coffee maker is needed, otherwise everything is excellent, we definitely recommend it.

Nice place just a short walk to the beach. The maintenance and cleanliness of the place is excellent. I have visited it twice in the course of two years and everything is kept in excellent condition.

This is an amazing place to stay. It’s looks just like the photos. You feels right at home. The beach view is beautiful. The communication is really good, they work with me to meet my family needs. The person taking care of the house is great, Friendly, respectful and helpful. Overall we had an amazing time. I definitely recommend this place and definitely will stay here again.

Rancho Mirian is absolutely beautiful!!! Absolutely the same as the pictures, Vidal was so responsive and flexible to all our requests. The house keeper was always willing to help from the minute my family and I stepped in to the house! Overall an amazing vacation and would definitely be back!

We had an amazing time in this beautiful home! The view is astonishing. The outside kitchen is stunning. And we loved the outdoor grill and fire pit. The host, Luis, was extremely patient, helpful, responsive, and communicative. The space was clean and well stocked (pots, pans, extra toilet paper, extra blankets and towels, shampoo and conditioner in the showers). The coffee station was incredible. Perfect place to get away from the city over the weekend to reconnect with nature for a few days. You’ll need a car or scooters and make sure to bring enough groceries or you’ll have to drive the 15 mins into Juayua (which is no problem as it is the cutest town!). Perfect place to be for waterfall hikes and the Ruta de las Flores.

An absolute gem. This is what peace feels like. Waking up to the sound of birds and sleeping to the sound of ocean waves crashing onto shore is something I can only wish to experience every day. Stephen's home captured the pure essence of paradise. It was exactly as pictured. We had everything we needed. My kids enjoyed the pool so much while I enjoyed the walks by the beach when the tides were low. Nestor was so helpful to us, and it was a pleasure meeting him. Pupusas from the restaurant nearby were delicious. Breakfast hit the spot with fresh bread from the vendor riding through the street. Only thing I can advise for future visitors are the mattresses. My mother-in-law complained about the mattresses being uncomfortable in the room with the bunk beds. She has a very bad back and wouldn't recommend those beds for someone with back issues. Oh and bring mosquito repellent! Thank you for opening your doors to us, Stephen!
