Our farm is over 125 years old and is surrounded by meadows and fields, between Schlei and the Baltic Sea, on the Schwansen peninsula. We have a dog, a cat, 11 chickens and two roosters. Eckernförde and Kappeln are each only 15 km away, the Baltic Sea beach is 3 km away, the Baltic Sea resort of Damp, with numerous leisure activities, 7 km.

Outside of Kiels, the Marutendorf estate is located in the middle of the Westensee Nature Park. We can accommodate 2-16 people in 4 (website hidden) on the first floor of the former horse stable with direct access to the farm's own lake. Our cozy apartment is located in the Hüttener Berge Nature Park. It was renovated in 2019 and has an amazing view of the Aschberg. The Baltic Sea (9 km), Wittensee (7 km) Bistensee (6.5 km) and the Schlei (8 km) are not too far away. The cities of Eckernförde, Schleswig and Rendsburg can be reached in 6 - 20 minutes by car.
